First time getting a storage unit on my own. This place has climate control and it's very clean. Very easy process. You can pay online or go in. They even supply hand carts inside at the security coded entrances if you need them.

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The grounds are immaculate, there are plenty of access doors around the building, it has a great price, and the staff is friendly:)

Hello,I'm sorry this review is a little slow getting back to you, I had internet issues. I would like to take this time to write a review on one of your employee's. Kelly Robinson is a wonderful Manager, I had a horrible experience on my moving day. My movers cancelled out on me the day of my move. I was in tears. I went to kelly to see if she had any ideas on what I could do about finding someone to move me at the last minute. Kelly called moving companies to see if they could help me on such short notice. after several calls she found a moving company for me. they showed up, moved me to my new home. She went above and beyond her responibilities to help me out. I really appreciate everything she did to help me out on what could have been a disaster. I want you to know I will highly recommed City Square Storage to all my friends and family. this also is the cleanist storage facility in Bullhead City.Terry Hokett

While I like the fact that our belongings were protected from the AZ climate and the facility is clean and convenient, the unfortunate fact that there was a rent increase twice in one year is disappointing. We ended up moving our belongings to another climate controlled facility where the rent was much less.

I have had no problems with City Square Storage. I feel my belongings are safe and secure with Bullhead City Square Storage. Kelly is a wonderful person and always greets me with a smile, in person or on the phone.

Great storage facility with awesome workers. Very friendly and helpful. We had a storage with them before but moved down towards Havasu. We realized we needed a storage still, even though it's a bit of a drive, we went back to City Square. Kelly recognized us right away and welcomed us back. She is always so nice and helpful.

Awesome facility and location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They explained everything perfectly and helped me to pick a storage size that would be the best fit for me. Climate controlled is a great feature for this area.

My daughter and son in law rented a 10x10 recently and after going there with them I decided to get myself a 5x10 since I was in thee process of moving. What an upscale place this is compared to some I have seen! Clean and cooled in the summer so nothing gets heat damaged. Can't say enough about this place!
