Extremely frustrated. I purchased the large bottles or amika shampoo and conditioner ALONG with the pumps placed next to them, I drive all the way back home an hour away and the pumps don't fit, I go back the next couple days and let them know I'd like the correct pumps and the girl told me "hm that's strange because those are the pumps for that brand, you can buy other pumps to see if those work" Miss ma'am I am not buying more pumps to hope they work. Put them in the correct spots and it wouldn't be MY problem. Now here I am meanwhile waisting expensive shampoo and conditioner because I'm having to dump it out in my hand.

My friend is licensed and I am not. The manager made me feel like a dirtbag and told me I wasn't allowed in the store. I walked out and waited for my friend outside. I didn't know the policy and if it was on the door we didn't see it because it was propped open as they were getting deliveries. I understand there are policies but there is also a better way to communicate. Don't worry, lesson learned. I will never step foot in your store again. Promise

Rotten customer service by a lady named Courtney. I've never been talked so rudely to in all of my life. Their online inventory doesn't match what's actually in the store and this sales clerk replied "I don't have access to the inventory on my computer so too bad"! I told her it showed online that they have zero shampoos in their store and they had two there. This has been a problem with this store. They are often missing many products and some (not all) of the cashier's like this young woman won't go out of her way to look it up or to help anyone. She also said "BTW, if your Daughter doesn't get this order in soon and I have to wait 20 minutes for it to show up on my end I will close the doors and you won't be getting what she paid for"! Worst customer service ever. What they will do is follow everyone around to accuse them of stealing like the other reviewers have said. It's true!

I went in today to grab a few items. The manager Pricila was at the register. From the moment I stepped into the store she was side eyeing. I greeted her and she was short and dry. I drove into town for the holidays and made a quick stop. I had my card and cash in hand. I have shopped in this store MANY times before and have never been asked to provide proof of identity. I explained to her that I didn't have any ID on me since I had never been asked to provide that. She denied the sale. Which is fine, if that's your job, then I can respectfully return later with an ID.... but her smugness was a level of petty that was unnecessary. I ask for the manager and she gave eyes , lips and chin like she owned the products. Priscilla, the community you work and live in is way too small for big petty attitudes. It was unnecessary. -5 stars for you and your lack of respect for the customers of an establishment you don't even own. Happy holidays.

Excellent Customer Service. Was Greeted Immediately. Very Clean Establishment. Plenty of Parking. I asked for Combs. And they don't have much selection. Kinda Pricey.. will not be coming back.

The young girl who worked today, first asked me if I was licensed, I have never been asked that as soon as I walked in. The girl employee asked so rudely “ which one of you is licensed ?“ I politely told her I am. she told my 17 child she had to be right next to me so I decided to leave. The employee ran after me and accused me of stealing. Very poor customer service. You just don’t go up to people accusing them of stealing. The employee said the glue on nails are gone. We put the nails back in the second row instead of the first one and explained this to her and she said than you for clarifying. She should have said sorry for accusing you of stealing. This store just lost 200 dollars in sales. I will not be shopping here anytime soon.

If I could give this no stars I would. The custumer service of Lainey was absolutely terrible. I witnessed her not only falsely accuse a women, but then proceed to not apologize. The word professional is in the name but the whole experience was anything other than professional.

Some employees have very poor customer service and shouldn’t be working there to begin with if they think it’s alright to treat their customers as such. Disgusting!
