Terrible treatment of clients. Zero activity in the office and then an hour wait past the appointment time. After the wait, I was not allowed to go in with my wife! That isn't posted anywhere in the lobby. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!

I have only been there twice. Each time has been good. The doctor ordered lab and the results were a surprise. I was reassured this will get better. Left with all the scripts needed to help correct my health issues. They have a plan for my health.None of my previous doctors, did not do as complete lab work.

Awesome bed manners, and they really care about there patients! Great health all my life, and had an almost fatal heart failure, and am alive and well, because of the fast and great medical treatment, of there medical care and staff!!!

I recently switched to this for my primary physician, due to the fact that my former primary position moved out of Arizona. I have found them to be very thorough and Doctor Azher is very compassionate and thorough. It has long been my position that female doctors are a little bit more thorough and caretaking than male doctors anyway.

When I am looking for a good company I always read reviews and was hesitant to give comments because they are all negative. I had major pain in my back and started to see this doctor as my previous Dr was impossible to get an appointment with. My insurance is HMO so in order to get a referral, they have to process it through the insurance company, the issues with this is they were so slow at doing so ( a month) and the one thing the Dr. stated to me was" I should switch to PPO. The fact she stated this was so inappropriate that I translated it as I would get better quicker response from PPO even though I could not afford it. This to me was wrong in everyway imaginable. I had an MRI that stated nothing was wrong and she kept telling me their was nothing that she could read from the report yet my pain was so intense I would wait to get into see her for 1.5 hours in the wait room standing because I was unable to sit??? The front staff was so rude and had not customer service skills, their was one person who I complained about to the Office Mgr. and Dr., the Dr proceeded to gas light me, that they do not have issues with their staff, It was completely obvious and you could tell just by what went on in the wait room. I was continually over charged for my visits, BCBS actually called me to tell me this and I told them I was aware but needed to get referrals so if I wanted to see the Dr. the front staff stated I had to pay??? The officed manager actually stated she called BCBS and they stated my co-pay was $100 and in fact it was $40, my thought was she just made it up because BCBS would not state an incorrect amount. I was over charged and tried to get the money back, it took a few months of continually asking for re-imbursment. They did everything manually and were way understaffed which also delays services needed immediately and causes the patient further stress and pain . I actually had the office manager give me a pain shot, I think that is so wrong in so many ways, you are either an office dmanager or a medical assistant but not both. I started to see this Dr first week of Feb, first time I seen her at urgent care was end of Dec prior because of my back pain. By the time I got to see a neurologist it was may and he noticed something wrong on the first MRI, sent me for another and found a tumor on my spine, I was scheduled for surgery. I never went back to this clinic because I felt the service provided by front staff and office manager lacked any customer service, theses people did not realaize where their pay cheques are coming from. The doctor herself seemed to lack all concern for my pain when I complained about the staff, she actually wanted me to find another Dr but I stated that until the issued is cleared I would not find someone else as I have been through too much at this point with this office that I would leave when we resolved my problem. I was advised that the city pays for new Drs. student loans so that is why many new ones come to town, I think because of this many do not provide adiquate medical services as I feel they should.

It seems like a well-run place, But then as I was takin back to the Private room with my brand new Dr. the problems began as soon as she opened her mouth. As it is not unusual in this area to encounter people in the medical profession that have names that are hard to pronounce yet alone but to understand every word is almost impossiable. That does not make them bad just uncomfortable. Then when you ask where they come from and the Middle East is the answer a new misunderstanding could appear. IE I love to have a glass of wine or two with lunch or dinner. Before lab work is even ordered felling like your being scolded and told as my new primary care Dr. that I must stop drinking wine. No, not even one glass I asked❓ My reply, even Jesus offered wine at the Last Supper. That being said I decided on the way home to cancel my lab work and follow up appointment the next day. However I received a courtesy call the day before lab appointment. I told them I would not be coming back and already canceled. The following week I got another call to come in for my follow up appointment. Another mistake on their part. Several weeks later I received my uncovered portion 20% of medical cost bill. I called every day for four days that week and was asked to come in to pay because no one was there to take phone payments even though the bill suggested to call. This week I called, today, and told the same thing. I said I'm not driving a 30 mile round trip and may just throw the bill away. An hour later I finally got an English speaking person returning my call. I had my credit card in hand and was ready to pay and say goodbye forever. Then I was told there is a $3.00 charge or I could drive in or send a paper check in the mail. Your wrong. I will pay by check 33 payments of $3.00 for 11 months plus $6.60 for postage. I refuse to pay them to pay them. Not a pleasant experience. It's not a vindictive thing, it's a mater of principle. ??

Not addressing the issues of visit. The Doctor is having to consult with other Doctor making me feel like she may not be a doctor but a physicians assistant. I don't care for the other doctor who has a very loud voice that tells everyone how he feels about your case. She also ask him to write prescriptions. The main doctor is not very comfortable to be around. He's demanding.

I lost control of all my arms, and legs, blurred vision, couldn't stand, and could barely crawl to the front door and open it. Thought I was a goner. Finally able to get to my phone after a few minutes and called 911. They arrived about 10 minutes. I had stabilized by that time and they ran a few tests, vision, balance, strength, etc. They asked if I wanted to go to ER, but I was feeling better by then. They said I should call my doctor and see what he thought.I called Dadra Medical and asked to have the doctor call me, as I had just had a stroke. She said he doesn't call patients, I would have to make an appointmentThinking that she didn't hear the part about a stroke, I repeated that I had just had a stroke. She asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I said no and hung up.WTH?

Not much I can say ....No communication between office and insurance ... or myself.I called several times to straighten it all out... .Instead of just billing me since Insurance denied claim due to covid related visits ...they needed to bill the state according to Insurance under Covid grant . Was told they never heard of that ..Oh well .... on to the next doctor...

First thing, understand this place is busy. No mater what you are probably going to wait an hour. That being said, dr. Chaudry is amazing. He will listen to you and you needs while actually explaining everything. If your frustrated with doctors who don't listen and just shove a pill at ya... I engorge you to see give them a try.
