Called Desert Ridge to get a estimate and Spoke with Jim. Jim gave me the best times and date to come for the estimate. He took pictures and explain to me step by step the process and how long it would take. Jim also contacted the Rent & Car company to come and pick me up as well. Not only did they repair the car, They detail the car as well. No stress no hassle. I see why they are highly recommended. The service they provide from my experience is outstanding.

Had a great experience here. Car ended up being totalled but the guys at Desert Ridge were very helpful in dealing with insurance company. Great advise along the way and helped to protect my rights during the whole process. Highly recommend!

LOOKS BRAND NEW! Our 2015 Dodge RAM was looking a little shabby and tailgate had dents and scratches along the side. I told them make it pretty again and it looks like a brand new truck! I can not ssay enough good about this crew. Marcelo and everyone go above and beyond to take care of your vehicle and you. They do absolutely beautiful work. My truck came back looking like it was never hit and they detailed it as well. A huge thank you to everyone there.

I needed an estimate to replace my bumper cover. The gentleman in the office told me that he had too much to do, he doesn't write estimates on Monday and that I need to come back tomorrow.If you can't take the time to write up an estimate I can't take the time to give you my business.
