This place is pretty cool but almost nothing is actually under $5. I will say... they really need to work on posting the prices better. I bought something that didnt have a price tag and had nothing near it with one so I found out it was $10 at the register when purchasing. Probably not even worth 10 but I paid it and went on my marry way.

Staff was very nice. Didn't like having to pay 10 cents for a thin plastic bag though.

It is very bizarre to have multiple self check outs that are apparently not actually for customers to use? Maybe have a sign up stating that? I went to use the check out and the employee very rudely told me an associate needs to ring me up. They charge 5 cents for a bag which is not really a big deal at all but I don't like that they threw my stuff in bags and charged me without mentioning the bag fee at any point during the transaction. The entire store is a mess and overall a very crummy experience

Very messy store, only 1 staff member which is not safe minimum should be 2 for safety alone. Came for specific item which was suppose to be there according to on line store pickup. Poor merchandising,end caps and feature areas need attention badly. Guy on duty tried to help but only one on!!!!
Won't be back. I would have given one star but he tried.

I used to like going to the store ever since it's opened but now things changed now we have to have them check us out. We can't do it ourselves anymore like why are you treating us like children? That's why it's called self check out for a reason. Could use better service and organization skills.

I usually absolutely love this place, but today, I was disappointed in the store for some of the basic things that should've been placed better for safety and esthetic purposes. Fire exits and bathrooms were cluttered/blocked.

Store was extremely messy. I couldn’t get my cart through some parts of the store because there was way too much stuff on the floor.

I went in there today and a lovely lady that works there was walking by and I asked her how much the price was on a rug and she told me. And I was happy so I put it in the basket and when I got up to the front about 35 minutes later the associate at the front was a different lady she rang it up and it was $10 more than what the other lady had told me and all the front so she would say was that's interesting. She looked at me I looked at her I was like are you going to check with her and she said there's nobody else on the floor besides me and she described another short person as I said the other lady was tall and so she said interesting again and would not look further see further check it out or nothing. Just that's interesting that was it won't be coming back

Went in last night with my toddler. We were ready to pay and leave. Stood up front for a few minutes,no cashier. The machine says self check out, after no cashier came up to help I began scanning my items with my toddler getting antsy. An employee came up quick out of no where harassing me about checking out my own items-_-. Then let me proceed to scan my own items and put the money in the machine... Why even come in disrespectful like that if you weren't gonna finish my transaction??? Also, why wasn't he at his post when I was there waiting!? Plenty of dollar stores to go shop around at for mine and my boys Saturday evenings. That's just not professional at all.

Very cool store. We go in at least once a month for our kitty needs and, of course, whatever catches our eye. Very helpful cashiers, too.

First time to a Five Below. Kind of disappointing with not having much except sweets, toys & a bit of clothes. Only ended up finding cookies I wanted. But staff was very nice.

Clean place customer service is good just take all of them shirt sections like all the other ones got treasure hunt to find something but the size that good stuff
