They didn't fix my truck at the Bullhead City Az location correctly had to have it TOWED out to another shop to get repaired correctly, they sure did want the insurance money though

Walked in for a estimate, was greeted by the front desk person and was helped with getting things started, then met with Isaac whom did my estimate and was very helpful, i received the estimate in less than 30 min. I am pleased with the service.Service: Body & Trim

Don't use this shop if you value your time and the shops promise. I made an appointment in advance which did not honor. When it was time for pick up they did not honor their word for arranged pick up. To top all that there is a paint drip in the work, really. The office staff was very cavalier with the lack of professionalism on the shops side. They did complete the job in the two week time frame (with the drip). The only reason I used them because they are a preferred provider from my insurance, the lack of follow through on Gerber Collision will be relayed to the insurance company.Services: Painting

If you want your car repaired & the insurance has not approved the adjustment quote, your car will be sitting there until it is approved & they get their money. They want the Full money into their account until they give you your vehicle back. Your car is just sitting there.This is going on 3 weeks now.They tell you lies & excuses. They blame the adjusters.Not a happy customer & I use to like this place.They went downhill & out for the insurance money.

Once I got my car back I was hearing rattling noises coming from my car which turned out to be my splash guard that wasn’t put back right and it fell out from the left side. Also I got my car still damaged from the sides which has dents. They only fixed mild damages in the front for $1500.

This is an addendum to my previous review- I am so sorry that you have to deal with terrible insurance companies such as Liberty Mutual. Once I traveled to your shop, on multiple occasions, I was able to eventually put the pieces together regarding the time necessary for my vehicle evaluation. After I received your initial text notification indicating that the inspection/repair process had begun, and then I heard nothing after that for way too long, I did not realize that the insurance company had In fact established gag-order regarding work on my vehicle, which was remarkably frustrating and confusing. When the vehicle was initially delivered, I was informed that there was no one available to perform the inspection which was initially "not a good sign". I do hope that you have a successful year and that corporations like LIBERTY MUTUAL don't drag you down too much, and cause inevitable drain on customer satisfaction regarding their insufficient and heartless claims adjustment process. I would also like to potentially suggest that you find a way to increase the size of your customer parking cubicle . After a long wait, I am now satisfied that you provided sufficient inspection services and your endeavor to manage customer satisfaction is duly noted.

Since they are the preferred repair for my insurance I went there. My car was sandblasted the Haboob that blew thru last Sept. 01-04-23, took my car for the repairs. Entire driver side needed to either be replaces, or re-painted from the sand. Finally in Feb, I was able to pick up my car. The low tire light was on. Issaac said "it will go off after you drive a few miles". (per Discount tire). The following day (23 miles later) I called and told them the light was still on. I was told to just go to Discount tire, and they can fix. Discount tire told me they DID NOT go to Gerber to take care of my tires. In fact, Gerber actually went to discount tire, bought the sensors, and left. Then I find that my auto door lock/unlock is not working on the driver side. Gerber replace the 2 door handles as they were sand blasted. Took my car back to Gerber. After about 5 hours, I was told the door handle was no good...per GM. After another 3 weeks, I got the new door handles. Still did not work. I was then told to go to Findlay (local dealer), and they could re-program them. I told Gerber that I was not going to pay for the service at Findlay. Calls were made between my ins. co, Findlay, and Gerber. I was then called for the appt at Findlay. Turns out, Gerber broke the switch harness for the door locks. 5 days later I was called by my service advisor at Findlay that my car was done. When I got there, I was told it would be a total of $994.04 (included an oil change). I told the service guy that I was only paying for the oil change...Gerber was paying the rest. Findlay service manager told me that they have such a hard time getting paid from Gerber, that they would not release my car until they were paid!. This was Friday afternoon at 3:30.I freaked out...Gerber said at least 3 to 5 business days b/4 check cut from corp. I called my insurance, and after about 2 hours of total panic, my advisor came in the waiting room to tell me that the company that could not get a check to Findlay no sooner then 3 to 5 business days...someone had just called with a DEBIT card and paid my bill...even the oil change.So bottom line... I will never go to this company again. I used them b/4 the change (it was Gordy's auto body), and was completely happy...not so much this time.

From the moment we walked into the building to drop our car off until today when we picked it up top notch service! The people are amazing and the work speaks for itself! The repair was done a lot quicker than expected, they worked with Enterprise to make sure we had a vehicle and even detailed our car and washed the windows! This was repair done through an insurance company and it was an easy process. We have a small second repair we want done paying cash and will definitely be back!

Told me they could do the repair on my Mercedes, and then booked me 3 months out. The day I dropped the vehicle off, they told.me.they weren't going to do it. Not mad they chose not to, just irritated they waited 3 months before telling me.

Brought my truck in a day after my scheduled drop off and they still took my truck and finished on the scheduled day that is was to be completed Also went above and beyond and fixed a dent that I did not mention. When I went to pick up my truck it was clean and the work was amazing. Coming here for any future collision repairs
