2nd day there I'm asleep in bed at 8 A.M. and two employees - a man and a woman - just unlock my door and come in to "check the water" in the bathroom and out at the sink. The guy actually works maintenance there, but so what? I couldn't believe it. You could be in the shower, on the toilet, in bed with the wife, or whatever, and they just invited themselves in without notice. There's a phone in the room, they could have called first with some notice. Nobody does this. This in addition to several things wrong with the room. Stay away or learn the hard way.

Be prepared to pay for parking. Fantastic service and amazing people the bathrooms leave a little to be desired but are clean and the hot water and water pressure are Fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms very cleanly. Book in advanced because they fill up quickly.Rooms: Gorgeous rooms, clean, well worth the $.Safety: Very safe. Cameras in parking lot, have to walk past the main desk to get anywhere, rooms connections are not open able without paying for it first(and them being properly unlocked) key card readers are very sensitive, doors open inward so you can use an extra security device if you feel it is necessary. Rooms are open with no hidden corners or unseen areas. So that you can see the whole room at all times. Blackout curtains (that actually black out) evacuation plans that are clearly visible anywhere in the building for any emergency.Walkability: Close to many restaurants and the airport.Food & drinks: Many placed to eat including just past the lobby.Noteworthy details: Vintage style luxury hostel .

The people are really nice but the place is disgusting. There was pee and holes the bathroom floor. The blankets had cigarette holes and dirt on them. Yuck!

The entire place reeked of cigarettes and despair. I have never stayed in a place so gross. We had to open the window and turn on the heater for a remnant of fresh air to be able to breathe through the night. Pretty sure there was blood on the blanket, I just used the sheet, my bf used his jacket for warmth. There was hair on my pillow, bf was kind enough to trade pillows so I had the "clean" one. The remote for the TV was so corroded with funk you could not tell what the buttons were for. Did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The shower was hot, that was good, but the hair in the tub and threadbare, stained towels offset that. Really, unless you are drunk, high, or smoke a couple packs of cigarettes a day, you should probably steer clear. We are fortunate enough to only have to suffer through 1 night and we got out early in the morning. Truly disgusting and sad.

I like it. Sure its run down and the carpets old, the managers are nice enough and they have a pool a jacuzzi and vending machines and free ice lol. + i like the view. No its not the hilton its a old school hotel with old school stuff. If you grew up poor, this place is just like home imo. They DO need to get rid of the tweakers though

Old and carpets need replaced. Cost is high and same as test of town. Always no vacancy's and holds rooms from locals for higher paying snowbird's and vacationer's. Not clean enough for family's but ok for rough ones and had a drug lord living on ,3 Rd floor arrested a few months ago.

I can't believe this place is even allowed to be in business! It was the Scumiest Place I've ever stayed in and soooooooo old! It was like Tweekerville with all the Scummy people that also live there !! It was crazy hot . The A/C was off and it was 117° outside!! Refrigerator unplugged, it was so Dirtyyy inside , Ewww!! The phone didn't work. The manager was nice, but office was always left unattended and you don't get any kind of maid service or any services for that matter!! You had to call the manager from hotel lobby to her room if you needed something. You couldn't just call from your room!! No blowdryers or charging ports to charge your cell phone !!. The bed was soooooooo old and was awfully uncomfortable! It was a scary place, especially with creepy residents that live there are right outside the elevator asking you for money ?!! The hallways smelled awful and the hallways were at least 110°!! You only had a couple of TV Channels to watch. The towels were paper thin and bathtowels were size of Handtowels. I could Not bare another night so I checked out next morning and wanted a refund for the night I decided not to stay, and the Manager says " Oh, didn't you see the sign in the Lobby that says No Refunds ?" All I could do is say OH WOW !!! BTW, from the outside it looks like a nice place, but believe me when I tell you it is a Horrible place to stay...and they charged me $240- for 2 night's...They should not be open at all!

This is a pet friendly hotel with a hundred dollar deposit! The view of the Colorado River is breathtakingly beautiful! The room we had was large but no frills. The owner is kind but the other staff is less nice! We had to take our own trash out and have been here for a week and no one has shown up with towels or washcloths! The lighting inside and out is sparse! Their pool is fine. The beverage and food machines will not work if your dollar bill is the least bit crumbly! Ice machine works great and they have washer and dryer on the same floor as us. The one frustrating thing our room had was a sink that kept clogging and standing water that kept seeping up into the sink! The shower was great! The price was better than a few others I called on for a weeks stay! But for a return visit I think not!
