Don’t waste your money
Had to ask for the tech to shape my nails 3 times and she acted like I had the audacity to request my nails be shaped during a manicure
Paid extra for callus removal and feet are still rough
Could have done a better job on hands and feet at home for free and saved myself almost $80

Me and my fiancé got a pedicure l, and I got a full set and my brows waxed. The pedicures were amazing!! They put so much effort into the massage, scrub and wax. It was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My full set is perfect, the shape and design is exactly what I wanted. And my wax was so fast and my eyebrows look perfect. The price was also unmatched to most places. So affordable. Also the staff was so friendly and caring. They were so sweet. Thank you high tech nails! I will be returning.

John was super nice, he said trust me I do design for you lol I trusted and had to pay for that design, next time no Dean so I will not have to pay for a design other than that his service was awesome. Really nice person and super fast.

Mei is great, but she doesn't use a vacuum for the dust. The whole salon is getting dirty/dusty. I'm sad because I really like Mei. They also add $ on to the price for things that other salons include.

Maybe I was supposed to say something specific but I just asked for a manicure because I’m on the road and I forgot my clippers and they didn’t even take anything down, barely. If manicures typically include shaping the original nails in my apologies, but I always thought for men they just take them all the way down.

Lady(Nancy) that did my nails was rude and insisted I tip her, even though she refused to communicate in a polite manner during my pedicure and manicure process. I work in customer service too and am Hispanic I don’t play stupid and refuse to communicate in English and be straight out rude to innocent people then demand and expect a tip. Tipping is optional and based on the type of customer service received.

came in for a 4:30 appointment that I had already scheduled. Upon arrival, no one informed me that they were experiencing an outage and only accepting cash—something that should’ve been mentioned ahead of time. Although that was inconvenient, I decided to give them a chance and left to get cash.
Before I left, I asked how much the service would be, and the woman quoted me $90 after looking at my nails. When I returned and it was time to start, the technician told me there would be additional charges—$10 for chrome, and another $5–$7 to shape my nails. When I questioned it, I was told that I had only asked for a fill and color and that now changing my mind would increase the cost.
The technician, who sits in the third chair, was extremely rude and dismissive. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a salon. The customer service was completely lacking, and it felt like they were just trying to upcharge at every opportunity without transparency. What’s worse is how little regard they had for how I felt as a first-time customer.
Customer experience matters—especially in service-based businesses—and based on how I was treated, I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Bad business all around.
