Overall a great experience. Booked the night last minute. We were driving in from Texas, and on our way to SoCal. Room was very clean, and service was very well. Very helpful with suggestions for restaurants.

The staff seemed like I was bothering them at the front desk. The room had hair in the bed all over the bathroom. That was not ours. The price was right but the quality was not.

I know they're running on a short crew, but with check out being at 11 and check in at 4 pm, I'd sort of expect the room to be much cleaner. There were long hairs in the bed as well as in the bathroom. The mattress (or sheets) smelled bit like cologne rather than laundered soap although the blanket and pillows were okay, so I don't know if it was just soaked into the bed from the previous occupants or if someone may have had a strong cologne on when they made the bed or what occurred. The room itself did not smell of that cologne. Also, the comfortable beds I remember being in the establishment seem to have changed as well. This particular mattress was heavily broken down in the middle and my husband and I both just kinda.... Rolled into each other in the middle - which is great for cuddling, but not when enshrouded in Mystery Musk and Hairs of an Unknown Origin. I will say the staff was friendly, and the location is optimal for people coming through bullhead city. I hope they are able to get things going again like they used to.

I booked online. Requested an early check in. Obviously had to land in NV, rent a car, and drive to this location. After a looong day traveling , all one wants to do is get to their room and unwind. I was told my room wasn’t gonna be ready for another 2 hours. Then was told there aren’t any other rooms like the one I reserved (right). Horrible service. Asked about my early check in request. Was told there wasn’t one in their system (sure). I will be here for a week, I am not looking forward to this stay already.

Not many options in Bullhead city. But I salute the owners for opening this location.Next to Lowe’s and Starbucks.This town is not really walkable because of aggressive drivers and the distance between places. Great employees.Good stay.

This is a wonderfully clean hotel that checks all the boxes at the price point/expectation level. The hotel is new, the beds are comfortable, there is a variety of pillows (and their firmness is labeled on the pillowcases!), and the free breakfast is surprisingly tasty.

The rooms were clean, the pool is great for kids, and the service was exceptional! They had board games in the lobby that we used when local family came to see us at the hotel. The suite was great for our family of 5. The breakfast buffet was great and they made sure to check in with us that we were done before they closed. It was close to the black bear diner, which is a great family dining spot. We would definitely stay here again
