Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment at Lodge On The River for 5 days. On the 3rd day at 9:30pm we were surprised by a loud bang from the sprinklers down below us, and our son telling us that he could hear a siren going off. The desk clerk knocked on our door and told us we needed to evacuate because of a fire that was caused by the dryers electrical systems. We were not able to get back into our room until almost midnight and the entire room smelled of burnt plastic! We didn't get so much as an apology from management and were only reimbursed $40 dollars only because we asked. We were not offered another room that could accommodate our family, but offered a room that only had one bed. the desk clerk that knocked on our door was the only one who was professional and when asked if we could get the managers phone number he told us that she instructed him not to give it to us lol. We do not, and will not ever recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bullhead City Arizona.
In addition, we ignored the other issues that came with the room like lack of towels, stains on the couch, and a TV that didn't work. When the TV was replaced, the remote didn't work. In an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room and only 1 TV I don't know how that adds up. We didn't want to be nit picky, but the lack of GIVE A S***, and respect for others lives is appalling!

Went here with family around 4 weeks ago, the person at the front desk was rude and disrespectful, they had a major attitude. Then they overpriced us by adding unnecessary fees that we had no way of disputing. DO NOT GO

Staff was hostile for no reason. They have a bunch of charges that are not advertised on the website or the booking. So basically if it says the room is 60$ dollars expect to pay another 60$. Make sure to film yourself walking into your room btw. They will try and charge you for things that were never there when you got the room. Also they don’t advertise this but any additional people you bring are an extra 20$ a night per person. Absolutely awful service experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE, terrible service. Charged us extra when we arrived due to more adults attending. Which was NOT mentioned. Then I paid for it which I paid tax for, $120. They then proceeded to forget to charge me tax so for only 2 nights it was about 378 for the 2 bedroom. Very unprofessional, dirty, can’t even see the river. Safe to say I will NEVER EVER stay here again in the future and me and my group highly advise NOT staying here.
Noteworthy details: The roads suck. Almost took out my front bumper.

If you’re on a low budget, this is your place! Extremely reasonable prices. Cute little lodge on the river very quiet. The staff were nice & accommodating. Our room was a little dated but for the most part we had everything we needed for a few nights. We enjoyed the pool and the location is perfect close to everything. I would stay again.

I've never been so disrespected. Donna, the receptionist argued about my name, argued for a copy of my identity documents, and argued that people behind me were ahead of me.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! First it advertised that it came with a fridge and it didn't had to pay extra for fridge. Then we get into the room it's too dirty to walk on the floor, no phone no blow-dryer but it had the dock for it. After two days I tried to get sheets and the maid gave me dirty sheets so I decided to get my own. I cleaned the room myself for the time we were there. We clean the room good before we checkout and they said our deposit would be back by end of day. No deposit so we go there and she Lori the owner said the mattress protector was missing. There was never a protector in there so she kept my $100. She is a thief read the reviews.
Rooms: They suck

Not really walkable to the river. Could not meet our handicap request, even though booking.com said it was good. We cannot stay on a 2nd floor due to my husband's knee surgeries. She quoted our request was with Booking.Com not them. I guess we wasted our time even asking!!

I don't normally take time to write reviews, but the ladies here (Destiny and Kathy) were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, which made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great rates. Nearby shopping. A motel room doesn't need the same bells and whistles as a lavish vacation resort getaway in order to earn five stars from me, as the staff and the overall environment made this place worthy of recommending to others. They also offer breakfast, though I was far too exhausted to take advantage of the offer due to travel fatigue. Nonetheless, it's worth considering if you're in town for a bit.Rooms: My room included a fridge and microwave, which was useful. Spacious shower.Walkability: Nearby shopping and dining options within walking distance.

A simple budget hotel, perfectly suitable for my needs (no kitchenette but a microwave and fridge). Cheap and very friendly staff. Destiny and Mary were super helpful and easy to communicate with.
