“Valerie was above and beyond helpful. Tho occupied she extended a welcoming greeting and lmk there was another customer ahead of me and they'd help me as soon as possible. After a short wait while she finished assisting another customer she introduced herself and listened to my issue. After a few more minutes she had my phone back in action. Being new to the area I inquired to her recommendations for places to eat, and had a most wonderful and delicious meal at her favorite place. Thank you Valerie for all your help.”
