“The absolute BEST customer service of the MANY post offices I have been to. All the postal employees here are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful beyond what is expectedHave you ever noticed that they always have all 3 of their service windows open helping customers? And the gentleman who works the parcel pickup/non-cash transactions window is always doing his best to help people as well and keep the line down.While this post office is busy they all work hard to be helpful and keep lines moving.To those who are complaining that they don't answer the phone... would you rather the employees be in the back at a desk answering phones or up front to greet and help you quickly when you walk in? They only get so many employees, and this is clearly a smoothly run facility.USPS does have phone customer service at 800.ASK.USPS that can help with many mail issues and file tickets for local issues to be addressed. Or just come in and talk to one of the beyond friendly and helpful employees here. Keep up the excellent service Bullhead City USPS Post Office!”

“Hey, so it's a post office! I'm not sure how to review this place or what I can say about it, but here's what happened to me: I ordered something online and I tracked it! The day that it was supposed to be delivered, I was watching it online go from "out for delivery" to "returned to sender" in a matter of ten seconds. You can imagine that I wasn't doing a happy dance at that point, so after contacting the online merchant I went to the post office to find out why on earth that would happen? Well, it turns out that the merchant who sent it to me addressed the shipping label as:My nameAPT 2625Bullhead City AZ 86442Now it all made total sense to me and I give the post office 10 stars for returning it to the sender!
