So I needed two atv titles bonded, I went to State Farm on Hancock and the agent did not understand what a bonded title was, he wanted a bill of sale or title to do the bond, he did not understand that the reason for a bond is so that you can get a title when you have lost your bill of sale, so I headed to Southern Insurance, The owner was out but he left his office in very competent hands, Agent Irene was working from his office and was a pleasure to work with, she knew exactly what I needed and for $50 per bond I was off to the mvd with all the necessary paperwork in hand. Thanks Irene, your office is now the only office I will go to for all my insurance needs, that makes this "RAMBO"S CHOICE FOR #1 INSURANCE OFFICE"

Update 10/17/23: Able to speak with agent directly and follow up from agent advised the matter was resolved. Rating has been updated.10/16/23: Poor customer service, since Saturday, 10/14/23, I have called 4 times on an urgent matter regarding a homeowners policy that is to be cancelled on 10/20/23 for non-payment by the mortgagee. Note, that I received this letter of non-payment on Friday, 10/13/23, with only one week to get this resolved.I left a voice mail message on Saturday on the issue and left 2 messages on Monday, 10/16/23, for the agent to call me back to discuss the issue, and left another voice mail message Monday after 5 pm to discuss the issue as I did not receive any calls back.The insurance agent needs to call the mortgagee and advise of the new policy and to get that premium/invoice paid so the policy is not cancelled. It was mailed on 9/19/23 and for whatever reason, the mortgagee does not have the updated policy in the system. I don't care who is at fault, what I care is about is the solution and that Southern Insurance Agency is able to call and speak with the mortgagee's insurance department to advise there is a new policy and an invoice that needs to be paid to avoid cancellation.

I DO NOT recommend this office. They don't know how to keep you posted, I would leave messages for someone to call me back, and I did not get any return calls, I was left on hold on purpose for over an hour, because they didn't want to answer my call, they would promise a phone call back with updates of claim and never got a call back as promised. I was promised they would take care of my car and at the almost a year later I got a car that still doesn't work from the accident. I didn't appreciate the time I had to spend trying to just even get a phone back when they clearly said I will call you back. They made me feel I was and to harass them to talk to me about my claim. You would think you want to keep and get more customers in this small town, we have 3 cars, soon 4 house, bikes, and trailers that we need insurance for, but we will go elsewhere
