Receptionist at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. I did not happen to catch her name but she had dark hair, a round face and was overweight. I would not come back to this establishment.

Everytime I go they make me wait a long time. But they are good at what they do. I wish they would change their no new patients policy. Hire more vet techs!

Love Dr Green she was very thorough with Abby and set us at ease with her treatment.Glad to have a good vet as we are new to the community.

I am throughly impressed with Spirit Mountain. I took my 5yr old Shep mix in for diarrhea and vomiting. They were very compassionate and helpful. After 3 days Dr Grenn the veterinarian herself called to check on my pup! Being a former vet tech myself, I know how unusual it is for the Dr to call. Cannot express how grateful I am@

I had to put my 15 year old Silky Terrier down and they were so kind and understanding with us as we wanted to say goodbye. The doctor came in and explained the process and it was very peaceful for our Sadie Girl ♥️

I wouldn't have even given one star but it wouldn't post until I did. Before taking a beloved pet to Spirit Mountain Animal Hospital, please read this:Throughout this letter, when referring to Spirit Mountain Animal Hospital, I will type it as simply “SM”.I brought my kitty in here who was suffering and in a lot of pain. I knew it was her time. I could have taken her to the humane society but they said I couldn't be with her if I chose to do so and that the only way I could be with her is to have it done at a vets o90ffice. The cost of that was $347.00 . I had to beg and borrow to get that much money together but if that's what it took for me to be there with her, then that is what I “have” to do. I meant bypassing a couple bills to do so.I walked her in that day, and without a single sound from her. She was safe in my arms. They took us back when a girl came in and took her away saying she was going to be “given a little sedative”. She was gone for approx. ten minutes and when they brought her back, she was...well, just gone already. I tried to get her to look at me so she would know I was there, but nothing. I touched her eyelid, with no response and went as far as touching her eyeball and still, no response. I pulled her chest up close to my ear but heard NO heartbeat and saw NO signs of her breathing. She had already soiled herself .She was already dead!I was to have her cremated so they said I would have her shes back in two weeks. When the two weeks went by I called and they told me that she wasn't sent that week because of Thanksgiving but she had been sent out the week after That was partly true. The crematory services called SM the day after Hobos death to see if there were any animals to be picked up and SM told them no. When the crematory guy did go the next week they gave him all but two . By the way, I know all this because I called both the Kingman crematory office and the one in Havasu, looking for her. They had no record of her being there. If it weren't for the staff at the Crematory service, which is, by the way, “Lietz-Fraze, (truly wonderful, wonderful people), getting to the bottom of it, I don't know if she would have ever gotten back to me.They found her...at SM in the bottom of the freezer AND they lost her paperwork also. So, please don't give this place your business. Since that day, through a lot of talking with other people, I've found that NO one that I have spoke with that has had any experience with SM has praised them. So far, ALL were horrible stories. Things I wished I hadn't heard. Even Leitz-Fraze will say that SM has had many complaints and make many mistakes. So if you truly love your pets, as I do...Think about this. There are many other places to take them.

We are new here and our 18 yr old poodle was struggling to breath. After calling our local vets no one even returned our call. Spirit animal hospital was so passionate and caring they didn't hesitate to have us come in so we could give our baby the best chance he deserves.I will always call them first for my other furbabies needs.Thank you we do appreciate you greatly.
