My husband just got his hair cut (butchered)by Melissa today. It is the worst cut ever. He told her he just wanted a trim. She never stopped talking and he had to tell her to stop cutting. She needs to hang up her scissors and find a new profession. Consequently, he will not be returning to your salon.

This was the worst haircut I've ever had. The girl seemed to be in such a hurry to get me In-N-Out wouldn't stop talking. And just kept cutting because she didn't know how to fix her mistake.

I just left there because of horrible customer service. I came in and signed in. Waited 20 min and watched the barber take a friend of his first that came in after me. I was next for a chair and his friend was signed in after me. Friend went in first. This is unacceptable business practice. I will never go back to this establishment. I would put no stars if I could. I am now at Great Clips near Target. In response to the owner, we were both walk in customers and the friend of the barber even said I was first. I will speak with Cassie on this matter. How pathetic of a response.

My first experience was just o k. why they need my last name was beyond me. So, my phone number was needed for a reason that was vaguely explained to me. So, my 2nd visit had been strange to say the least when 2 employees had trouble finding my phone numberAs they both scoured the computer monitor for my info.. I was concerned about what my cut would look like if either of the 2 failed to find my phone number. They didn't bother to ask for it again to double check so ,After watching this display of confusion I just stood up and walked out. What happened to walking in with a friendly smile and receiving normal haircut?Service: Haircut

I normally have Amazing service at this location when it comes to the haircut, wash and the message but today I've had a bad experience. Wanted a medium to high fade dropping to skin. She did a fade so bad that I asked to just skin the sides of my head cause there was no removing the style. I'm honestly very shocked at the service I haven't gone to another place for many years.Service: Haircut

Online check in system sucks. You check in and it says 15 minute wait. When you get there 15 minutes later it says 25 minute wait. I have had more problems with the online check in process to include removing my name.

worst haircut in 60+ years of my life ... seemed like she just trying to get me out of the chair in minutes ... now I have to let my hair grow just to be cut properly ... think I will start wearing a hat

First time customer...passed by on a Saturday morning and even though I did not have an appointment, was quickly signed-in and seated at one of the stations...all the women working there were happy and smiling...nice ambience inside with all types of sports playing on all the TV's...first time customers can get the VIP haircut experience that comes with a relaxing hot face towel, scalp massage, and even a shoulder massage with a small machine...VERY RELAXING & Soothing???Perfect haircut according to specifications and overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I was attended to by April and she provided a Top-Notch service! I work at various healthcare facilities and play in many fantasy sports tournaments...WILL RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO EVERYONE I KNOW!??Make sure to TIP them Good....they are hardworking and times are tough out there...it's GOOD KARMA...we'll get it back on a lucky streak at the casino....?Thank You Sport Clips Bullhead City!!! Rude service. Went in for a trim asked for my cut not to be short just a trim was asked if I wanted a number 2. When I said no I want a little trim I was asked how old I was. Then she said you are that old and don't know how you want your haircut? Very bad attitudeService: Haircut

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING PLACE TO GO!! I will sing praises from the rooftops after today. I'm new to town and for the time being limited on funds. I came from a place of cooler weather and this 103 degree weather is killing me! ? So with limited funds and being new to the area I called this place and right away was given an affordable price. I went in and April did my hair, her coworkers all pitched in also, giving excellent ideas to what I already wanted ? from the relaxing shampoo process all the way to the cut was the best feeling in the world, plus great smelling products. I know this shop is more geared towards men, however I liked this atmosphere WAY better than any hair salon I've ever been too! I will definitely be making this my regular spot. Thank you ladies, you made today a special one and I greatly appreciate you.

Tiffany was excellent! One hairdresser wasn't comfortable working with a toddler, so she agreed to cut both of my boy's hair back to back. Turned out to be their best cut yet. Not only that, Tiffany was swift, attentive to my preteen's ramblings, and patient with my toddler's wiggles. I'll be requesting her in the futureService: Kids' cuts

I tried to get a hair cut. My hair is shoulder length. I just asked, can you fit me in with my son and the lady went on about how she can't help me with layers and they specialize in buzz cuts. I said, "feels like you just schooled me in what you can't do and pricing before asking what I need."Worse place. Worse experience. I won't be back.

It’s frustrating that you put yourself on the list and check in. Wait 45 minutes at home just to have a stylist click your name and then go to someone else. Then re-add your name and keep it assigned to them while they cut another hir cut. I chose first available because I don’t have all day to wait. And now I had to wait another 30 minutes. If there was an other sport clip I would go to that one every time. If I’m going to waste a hour I might as well go to Kingman and get a hair cut. This is becoming a very big problem with this location. Got it cut and missed the hair behind my ears. Like come on.
