Amazing experience. I called several places and no one was able to help, but they were able to get me in and out in an hour. Just needed my battery replaced and they were so helpful. They were patient with my crazy kids and even turned on a cartoon for them. For sure would recommend!Service: Battery

They helped me without reservation. They checked all my tires and filled them. They even offered to fill them everyday until I could buy new ones. They are amazing. Plus I called today and asked for affordable tires. They helped me without trying to upsale me or anything I'm used to. They are really good people who truly take pride in their work. I don't do many ratings on Google but you really need to know about this place.

I work in maintenance and needed a plug in a tire. Tires are 3 weeks old. They tell me tire is not repairable and I need a new tire. Then worker came into the room and said he has not even looked at my car yet. But the manager still says I need a new tire. Long story short, I had to show them what a nail in a tire looks like. I got a free fix from Walmart. This place and it's management are scam arrests .... Beware

For a simple oil change it took them 3 hours would not go back we asked for an oil change and to put some windshield wipers on that was not good overpriced the bathroom was disgusting granted it's for an environment that a lot of men work in but still you have customers it was worse than a outhouse someone needs to clean the bathroom no excuse the general public uses it too

Because Tire Works installed new rubber valve stems with metal extensions on our 31' motorhome with new dual rear tires, we now have a $6,000 dollar repair bill and a ruined vacation. Our left inner rear rubber valve stem broke sometime around Lake Tahoe on the 80 frwy from Reno but we did not know or notice anything until we heard a very loud grinding noise going down a steep incline. We pulled over and noticed the rear inside flat and called for roadside tire repair. He noticed the broke rubber valve stem with steel extension and said that's a definite NO NO, then proceeded to install a new metal valve stem and tire. Putting the tire on is when he seen that the rim was grinding on the rear brake caliper casting! The tire would still hold air but is no longer safe. He then removed the extension from the other side.We took it to a truck repair shop, our RV was finished 3 weeks later, we live in BHC. The truck repair shop said because the metal extension was too heavy for the rubber valve stem it broke, the unbalanced tire was flat for probably 40-80 miles which disintegrated the inner rear bearing which then wore into the rear end housing making it unusable but repairable, all receipts to prove. This all happened because of inexperience. You Never use rubber valve stems with metal extensions, Period!Tire Works just blew us off and won't even talk to us now, not even a sorry it happened. Nice for a new business in town huh?

Went with my mother-in-law to get her AC checked because it was not pumping out cold air, it's a 2019 dodge charger. Anyway we were there for an exceptionally long time but for good reason. John the person who was taking care of the system check had done his visual inspection and had not noticed anything out of the ordinary at all so he proceeded to go back and do it again. Still nothing looked suspicious. He then did an extensive leak test not once but twice just to verify that there wasn't anything wrong he then filled the system with freon. He was very respectful and informative and even worked at keeping the bill as low as possible. Now my mother-in-law who is disabled and usually hot even when it's 65° in the room can once again leave the house in comfort having the AC againThanks John @TireWorks

The owner was so helpful! Every step of the way he kept us updated on what was going on with the car. That alone was a breath of fresh air. He explained everything so thoroughly. Will definately be going there again!

I found the staff at Tire Works to be knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful.I have taken my 2010 335i BMW to three previous mechanics to figure out why it kept going into limp mode. During this process I spent just under a couple thousand dollars with no resolve. Finally after speaking with a few additional mechanics over the phone I made the decision to take the B'mer into Tire Works. And thank goodness I did!The technicians were able to diagnose the issues find the best price on the parts needed, and quickly get to work resolving the issues. Some of the parts needed had to be ordered straight from BMW, I knew it was going to be expensive. However I didn't want the car to sit around in my yard not working any longer. This was my dilemma.Working with the constraints of a fixed income was no problem for Tire Works because they work hand-in-hand with SNAP financing. So I was able to get approved within minutes for $4,800 line of credit to make the necessary repairs on my BMW and and under the terms of 100 days same as cash it's likely that I will pay zero interest.I'm so excited and looking forward to driving my hardtop convertible next week. And I'm so grateful for Tire Works.
