Would it kill a corporate bank to actually have a walk up ATM as well as a drive up ...you as a corporation have plenty of money there is no excuse for not having two ATM at you're locations.. you are supposed to be making banking better for you're customers not worse

Had a terrible experience here. I would advise everyone to bank elsewhere. Management needs to be reevaluated and needs to be re-established. They have no idea how to manage properly or help there employees that actually do their job right. Will be closing my accounts with this bank.

It seems all of the US Bank branches are going downhill Big time lately seems Always understaffed or having to close early for some unforeseen event, constantly changing the hours they are open, broken atms.I have experienced this at multiple branches across the us the last few months Not very convenient at all when having business accounts to deal with.

Branch doesn't open until 11am. They won't meet with you unless you schedule an appointment. If you call they will just transfer you to automated system. Which will send you in a viscous circle.

I visited US bank today 7/25/22 to open a new bank account, I was going to deposit a cashiers check for 70,000 dollars ,I was told I needed an appointment, while one of the bankers was just sitting down doing nothing ,what a lousy service, they deserve 0 stars in my opinion ,this is the us bank on highway 95 in bullhead city az, I even show her the cashiers check ,I'm a business man, and there a no way I would let 70,000 walk away like that ,,,,

Went to cash a USbank issued check that kept giving me errors. Teller said it was something with the check and that is why my bank was having issues. Then they charged me a $7 fee to cash it. USBank you have lost a potential customer for not even telling me before the transaction.

Worst bank my business has ever used. ATM is always broken. Customer service is a joke, always long lines. Calm customer service? Sure but it will take you all day. How about their sneaky ‘analyst’ feels? Oh yah check your statement it’s a new one. Then how the process your deposits and checks so they can slip in a few over draft fees when you have more than enough to cover all the transactions. Then they don’t open till 11am and close at 4pm. Impossible to make deposits with those hours. Would be fine if the ATM ever worked. You would think that after 2 years of constant ATM issues they could at least figure it out. As far as PPP loans went. Our business was the first at this branch to apply with all our paperwork in order. Took them 6 months to process our application and the money allocated for PPP loans was gone by that time. It’s literally the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with at both the branch level and corporate level. We now do t leave money in this horrible bank, the only reason we still have an account with them is for our credit card processor, but come January 1 we will no longer be a US Bank Customer as we won’t have to use them to process credit cards transactions. If you own a business stay away from this bank, they are so bad it’s comical.

I really like this place. The service there is exceptional. Bank is extremely clean and very well managed. The tellers are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

I use this branch for both business and personal banking. The customer service provided to me is beyond STELLAR!!! The tellers are always extremely nice and personal, and Zee and Heidi ALWAYS go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. For my business, (and thru the Covid crisis), they have been exceptionally helpful, and if there is something beyond what they can handle at the branch, they put me in contact with a USBank Representative that always helps me to insure positive outcome. As the owner of a small business (DePriest Massage and Dermal Fillers), and a personal banking customer as well, I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Went in person to order money in cash a high amount check. Was told that the money had to be ordered and I should receive a call when it arrives for me to pick it up. Never received any call. I called to see of the money ever arrived was told there was never an order placed and that I would have to place another order. Forget it I'll just have to cash this check and have it in my bank. I'll just rather take out my daily amount instead of this hassle of these bankers not doing what they told you they would do.ATM IS ALWAYS BROKEN AS WELL.

Been in area for several months.Staff always pleasant and helpful but short staffed......usually a long line.Now I found out they are only open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mon. thru Wed.
