The office lady is rude. I call in and ask questions and she doesn’t provide anything helpful and keeps me on hold for five minutes if not more while getting me someone who knows what the hell is going on. Stop putting women in mans line of work.

Walked into this place because I was in a bind doing a small electrical project on my father's property across the river. Don't know if it was an unfortunate misunderstanding, but the old gentleman at the front desk said to me; "even if I had a 2" PVC bell end, I wouldn't sell it to ya for 100 bucks...". Guess my Wyoming J card, and 6 years in the electrical trade wasn't good enough for him. So as a result I will source materials elsewhere. I wish the best of luck to anyone doing business with these guys, and hope they have a more pleasant experience than the one I had.

As a Do it yourselfer I frequent this place when I need a superior product or I have exhausted my search at local hardware stores. I should go here first because they always have or get what I need. The Employees are always friendly and the have an in depth understanding of their products.
