Jacob helped me extremely precisely for what I asked for. His knowledge showed in his speed of service with my complex issue. - 1 Star because the Store is trashy and the company presents itself poorly. Dear corporate, the signs won't fix things.

Props to Marissa and Dave. Came through with flying colors after tech support had me delete my esim and erase my settings during the April 2023 service outage. Before Bullhead, I used to live in San Diego and NYC. People love to complain on Yelp and the Bullhead Rants Facebook group about customer service in this town, but those two were SPOT ON.

If I could I would give them 0 thousands starsThey are very rude and when the dude was on the phone with cooperate when she was telling him I could buy out the iphone right out they refused and told me I had to go do payments . I will never ever step foot in this Verizon again !!! It'll always be Verizon by good will ...These people at this location are rude and only want money if they making something out of it

Predatory practices, unacceptable products, with disgusting customer service. I would not consider Dave qualified to run a fast food operation. My 5g hot spot featured speeds of 65-110KIBS in Bullhead-Hancock and 95th. This was not be enough for even basic functions. I spent 4 hours at the store activating the device, when I returned the device as it was defective, the agent had a panic attack about not having lunch and kicked me out of the store. I went to another Bullhead location who called Dave for an explanation of what is going on service-wise at his store. Dave began to verbally assault the other store's rep over personal issues(apparently the two were previously engaged in a fist fight at a party) including threating his job through some regional managers. The other store then called back the agent at Dave's to confirm the site was over the panic attack, and could help me again because they at the other store could not. Dave's store let me walk out with deactivated hardware(iphone13 and hotspot-jetpack), without service, or a way to activate them. No offer to compensate for the appalling service, egregious waste time, and poor practices which are dictated by the store manager. In the 5 hours spent I was the only customer, save 2 very drunk gentleman who the tech did work for and received cash under the table. Regardless of Dave refusing to waive fees that I know is not "outside or company practice", the attitudes associated with this location are wildly unprofessional. Just another poor performing service, preying upon the retiree's and destitute of Bullhead City.

Marissa was extreamly helpful and knowlegable if I had gone to her store first I would still be with Verizon but the terrible service I got from the store i went to put me off Verizon.

Location is nice & staff is friendly, but definitely everyone working here are sleazy used car salesman. I mean by now I think everyone knows to do your own research & know what you want so you don't need to ask, but some still do ask & rely on the staff & to those poor individuals...
