I can't really leave a positive review because upon my arrival, the store was closed for lunch on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023. I proceeded to wait, shop, and go back in an hour, still closed for lunch at 1:43pm!!! Along with that frustration, this store has fully closed days posted on the door. Today was not a closed day. However, they must only have one employee to close down for at least 1 1/2 hour lunch, which is how long I was there waiting! They did not post a return from lunchtime on the handwritten note taped to the door.

Kid had no idea what I was talking about and just told me they were a franchise not corporate and asked how to get corporate and basically thier untouchable with just a po. Box in Newark NJ

Overall a very positive experience except when I asked if she’d do the data transfer to the new phone, at that time, I should’ve been told of the $29.99 set up fee.

My phone fell in the river. Drove to the closest store to my river house. The manager was able to set up my new phone and give me great deals on a couple accessories. So knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience ever buying a phone!!

Sort of think I was messed over. The young lady who didn't help me. Was Great. The guy that helped me Andrew was nice as he was putting the screws to me. However went back in the next morning after talking to my son the night after regarding my insurance on my old phone. The manager David took care of the problem. Thanks, David.
