The worst phone service. Transferred several times through the automated service not understanding what I’m needing. Then finally transferred to pharmacy put on lloooonnnnnnggggg hold times only to be hung up on three times ?

How far has the Walgreens name fallen from grace? This particular store will show you the fall in massive display. Customer service once something that separated Walgreens from the others now just a memory. Shame! Shame! Shame! 3 hours of calling 90 minutes waiting on hold to not speak to anyone. 25 minutes waiting in line to wait another 30 minutes after being told 10 to 15 minutes.
Might as well convert it to an online store. Understaffed, no phone service ever , sub par to 0 RX service. Find another RX to waste your time and money.

I have to endure going in this store once a month. It's pathetic. They are tremendously understaffed. Every time....I stand in line forever to get a prescription picked up. Today I was #2 in line....I was there for 45 minutes. Just terrible ?
Also....the phone rang and rang while I was at the counter. The clerk said they just don't answer it because then there would be no one to assist the customer. I wish I could rate this store a zero!

Trying to get script verified....put on hold for 3 minutes phone rings for additional 5 minutes then they disconnect me.. happened 3 times.. I quit...going to cvs....

Dropped off a prescription to be filled, kept calling the info line on the status of my prescription, still pending, for 2 days. I finally got a person to answer the phone only to be told after waiting 2 days
there are to busy to fill it. What the heck???

It’s their policy to shut the pharmacy window IN YOUR FACE at lunchtime, regardless of how long you’ve been waiting in line. What kind of business would do this? ASHLEY blamed it on their district manager, but refused to provide the phone number for this person. I’m currently waiting for a pharmacist to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart. THE OTHER COMMENTERS ARE CORRECT. Avoid this pharmacy and store like the plague.

I wish I could post ZERO stars because they don't deserve even one!!! The Pharmacy management should be ashamed at the incompetence of the staff and Corporate is obviously not involved at store level. Just read all the reviews and do NOT fill prescriptions here!! I agree with all the negative comments and only fill one prescription here that I cannot change! You have been warned.

Terrible pharmacy customer service ?. They leave you on hold FOREVER and then hang up on you and they’re rude. It’s sad that the people that DO want to work are as rude as this ?.

Worst pharmacy in the history of ever. Worst Walgreens pharmacy that I have ever went to. Always Long lines. They never answer the phones and I mean never. It's been this way for at least 5 years and never has gotten better.
