This facility was great until I moved out. I only needed a week after my last payment and instead of charging me for an additional week, they charged me for a WHOLE month! We kept our lock on our unit, EMPTY, until our statement date was here so they couldn’t collect second rent on our unit that WE paid for…. Even though we didn’t need it for that much longer…

From the moment I called to inquire about a storage unit, I was so impressed with Steve who answered the call. What a great guy! His attitude was 'you need it, I can help you'! That was music to my ears because I really needed help! I got my unit, thankfully, at a good price and then, when I needed another, bigger unit, Steve was there again, same great attitude and provided another unit. I'm very grateful for Steve and Access Storage!

I have had a unit since September. The facility could use work. Manager is really cool. Website and payment portal normally doesn't work.

Facility is a bunch of crooks. Someone broke into my daughter's unit, and now the company is stating we are responsible for for the damage, stating we were at the unit when we live in Mobile, Alabama and haven't been to Camp Verde since October 2020. Stay away from this property and the 2 properties in Cottonwood. Tygar and Alpha.
