your cost per gallon of propane is 1.50 per gallon more than the rest of these residents but i am having difficulties changing suppliers . i am on a fixed income and when i became your customer 10 years ago it was half this price!! idid nt know that inflation was this high!! thank you Joe Biden

Choose a different company! We started with Amerigas when we bought our house three years ago because it what was already here. Service was good for the change over. There automatic order system worked well several times, we updated our percentage regularly and things went well. A few years ago started having problems with it saying an order was scheduled that never arrived. Ran out of gas once and they tried to charge me for waiting to the last minute to order! Takes forever to talk to a person. They talk a good talk, but don't deliver the service. TWO OF THEIR DELIVERY DRIVES HAVE RECOMMENDED WE CHANGE COMPANIES! They say company is a mess. If your employees are recommending you go somewhere else, things must be bad.

I am a new customer. Set up an account online and now cannot order propane as online tab under deliveries is no there. Been on hold for 2 days 6 hours a day. Please help.

The worst customer experience in my life. Have spoken with 6 or 7 “customer advocates” including a “resolution specialist”, I have a $900+ CREDIT balance, with “no outstanding invoices” and yet cannot order propane because “billing has not released the invoice for$82.07”. Never had such an experience.

Nobody from Amerigas ever called or showed up at the scheduled appointment. Wasted my day waiting around for nothing. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I can't switch to a different company fast enough!!

Since July 2023 I have made several calls to rectify a discrepancy in propane cost per gallon, per my prebuy contract, with no resolution. The contract was emailed to me at a cost of $2.16 per gallon, my check was received and cashed, based on contract. All fill ups have been billed at $3.10 per gallon. No one has offered me any explanation or information on my prebuy. Horrible service!

I HAVE BEEN TELLING YOU ALL FOR OVER A YEAR THAT THE TANK WAS LEAKING AND SURE ENOUGH IT WAS. You never came to change the tank out nor inspect it. Last fill up the tech put something on the tank because of a leak. I’m reporting you to the Attorney General. You are all thieves and you don’t deserve to be in business.

I was over charged 100 gal propane. My complaint has been ongoing for 6 months. NO communication. I canceled my service and they continued to fill my tank and charge me.

I was impressed this time. Delivered on time. Friendly driver…. It was definitely an improvement from the past years. Only time will tell. Hope they don’t go back to bad service during the winter months when propane is really needed.
