This location was a life saver today, when I needed an OEM part that my town didn't have. It was a short drive down there, and an easy to find large location. The store inside was very clean and organized. Shelves were stocked very well with all kinds of auto products. The woman was very friendly at the register, as was the gentlemen who helped us as well. This is a location I would gladly come to again if I needed something my town didn't have.

Cudos to the guys last night , grant it they don’t carry the item I was looking for but was honest and upfront about it . When I said why I needed it they knew not to try to sell me a substitute anything for it like the guys a few doors down at O’Reillys .

The manager (someone who should know better) told me that I needed to drain the coolant in my car before adding the new coolant. Recommended a local mechanic. Also said that I needed 2 gallons of coolant for my car. After bouncing around for an hour (while on vacation) from mechanic to mechanic because no one had time, someone finally ran my VIN to confirm that those two coolants could be mixed. I also only need 1/2 a gallon of coolant. Untrustworthy service. None of his information was correct, and wasted an hour of vacation time.

Was refused help due to not having proof of purchase due to their system not having my original purchase in it.Please explain to me how it is my fault that your system didn't save my purchase when I made it over 4 to 6 months ago?I'm not an O'Reilly's shopper but after all these mess up's and now this!!!! Don't think I'm returning again!!!

There coustomer service was not good I ordered a part on Tuesday the clerk said it would be in on Wednesday I went on Thursday looking for part it was not there and the clerk today said he could order it today and then 5 minutes said he couldn't I would advise any one no to use the Camp Verde location

In this day and age when customer service is non-existent, I want to congratulate Shaw and his staff at the Camp Verde Autozone for excellent customer service. Shaw and his staff are friendly, competent and always willing to help. Shaw helped me today with a battery issue and then replaced the battery in my car. What a great guy! I will go nowhere else! Thank-you for reminding me of how things used to be.

Small solutions to BIG problems, THANKS AZ.2004 BMW X3 194,000 Miles - PROBLEM - No Power Uphill, max 40 MPH speed. Saved me THOUSANDS and a new engine.I visit this store on a regular basis now. I know/knew virtually nothing about cars, engines, engine systems, etc.Peter has helped me maybe a dozen times during my visits here as well as other members of staff when he has questions he couldn't answer. My car seemed like it was on it's last leg, and I'd actually paid thousands to mechanics already, so I really couldn't afford to do a bunch of serious mechanic work.Likely common sense to auto folks, the oil in the car was black even after changing it because it had never been rinsed out completely. I also had not use any oil treatments on a regular basis.The items in the photos of this review were recommended. The Marvel product went in first to break up sludge. Lucas went it next, and 4 more quarts of the Mobil 1 oil in the pics which is the best I've found in stores for EURO.If you have any experience cleaning out the tanks of an RV, the same concept applies, but my common sense didn't explain that to me, so thankfully Peter and staff recommended products based on my circumstance, and the car is RUNNING FINE AGAIN!!!I'm going to change the oil every 1,000 miles until it's CRYSTAL clear. duh.Thanks AutoZone. I owe ya. This location is not listed on Yelp, so I'm going to list it. If you'd like help 'claiming' the business after I list it, give me a holler.Thanks again.

The best customer service I have seen in a long time. I broke a belt on the 17 and Shaw brought it to me and helped put it on. He was there in just minutes, then waited to make sure we were good to go.

My car wouldn't start. I was stuck in the Camp Verde P.O. parking lot. AAA said it would take them 2 HOURS! I called Auto Zone to see if they had a battery to fit my car. I figured I'd better get a new one after AAAjumped me. Shaw from Auto Zone said he'd send Bill to jump me and they'd test the battery when I got to the shop. Turns out a cable was loose and battery no good. After Bill installed the battery perfectly (I checked it) I thanked him and handed him a $5 bill. He refused it! I was shocked because that was a FIRST! Bottom line: they rescued me. Saved me 2 hours of misery and provided first rate customer service! From the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU! Shaw and Bill....my heros! ?
