The Pharmacy staff keep getting moved around??? I get all of my prescriptions delivered, this last one was ordered and was free for a "Rodie Delivery" On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I get a text and email stating that it was cancelled. I called and the lady didn't know why? Really! I told her to re deliver it! This happens alot of the time with CVS, Most of them do not know what they are doing, and when they do learn, they suddenly get moved around, and we get some other new un-trained person. CVS get your act together! And make your web site easier to order items and your app for the phone is always asking for my address twice over or more, I'm wondering, did it go through???

all the staff took a lunch break at the same time, this would've been fine had this time been posted anywhere in the store or the website, but it wasn't, and i was forced to sit and wait for almost 45 minutes for one prescription, i have frequently had bad experiences with this pharmacy being uncaring and inefficient with my time, and i am seriously considering my other options after today.

Decide they are going to lunch while I am in line and tell me the person in front of me is the last one they will serve, thanks I didn't want my inhaler to breathe anyway.

Our first encounter with CVS pharmacy. The service stinks. Getting two different stories as to why my phone was blowing up with text messages. Did not like having to place two calls to the location in Camp Verde, AZ and then spend an ungodly amount of time on the phone to stop the voice and texts message's Despise technology, nobody provides a service anymore, especially here in AZ. Will have to locate another organization that handles our insurance.

These people can't get anything right. Waited over an hour for prescription that was done. Was a work comp and wanted me to pay for it. So slow.

How many times have you walked into this CVS and felt like you were somewhere in the ghettos? I think it's time they just shut that store down and move on. The store stinks. The floors are dirty. The staff in the pharmacy are uncaring except for the older gentleman who is the only thing that is holding that place together. Such a shame. Instead of an older store that still holds a bright light for those who need it, the store is just downright nasty and should be closed.

Ok, so I came here with my wife to get vaccinated, this is our second shot. When we came here the first time (Easter Sunday), she was scheduled on Sunday and I was scheduled at the same location 3 days later, which was my day off. They were super accommodating and they got me in. The line here was huge but they put me on a waiting list and go me in about an hour later. The people were really nice and very professional. This is why I go to CVS in the first place, they are just better!!!

Thank you Randy Wilber for all your help. The pharmacy manager is awesome! Took care of my father and graciously allowed us to break up the new prescription so we did not have to pay for the extremely costly full month when we are not certain if he will need a full month until labs are drawn.
