I get all over the state, and the only DG that comes close to this one is in Chino Valley. This one feels more like a store than the others. Large, clean, large selection, well stocked but not cramped and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This was by far the biggest Dollar General I have ever been to I think, and they did not disappoint. As you all may know and for those of you that don't, with Zachery everywhere we go he has to use the bathroom so if we go to a place where he can't use the restroom, it is an issue, and we usually can no longer go to their store.
We called ahead of time like we do to make sure they had a bathroom that was available, the guy who answered the phone was amazing and sweet and kind which was much appreciated.
We came to this store a few times over the past few weeks, and he always made sure the bathroom was open and to let us know that it was open and available for us.
We were able to get everything we needed except for Mufasa's meat's because he is just so picky sometimes.....
Everyone was super sweet and had a smile on their face and welcomed us in every time we visited. Definitely worth the 25 min drive from our park to go and be treated so well.
Thanks man, we appreciate you!!!!
your one of a kind!!!!

Store used to be decent but recently is abhorrent. The store is dirty, stuff in aisles and on floor everytime in there. Freezer food left rotting on open shelves. Never enough workers and recently I overheard the manager, i think her name is Kelly laughing to costumers how she's lessening the younger workers hours to try to force them to quit and how teenagers don't need the hours like older people. As a grandparent and parent, I find this absolutely repulsive! Other people in the store at the time we all appalled also. I've seen this store go through many managers but this one is the worst I've seen there. It's a shame because this store is a blessing for those in verde lakes but it is really going down hill and is so disorganized anymore.

Good store. Decent staff. There's one curly haired kid named Brennan or Brandon or something like that that works there that is that nicest, sweetest, most helpful person they have. He always puts a smile on my face. He's so outgoing and friendly. This store gets a LOT of traffic, and they do a pretty decent job at keeping it stocked and clean. They never seem to have enough people working, and it can get some huge lines, but otherwise, no complaints.

This dollar general is notorious for giving you the wrong merchandise and then refusing to correct it. Has happened several times. It's straight up theft. What a terrible store

A little down the 260 but if you are going into the Coconino/Happy Jack area a great place to find just about everything.

They need help stocking the shelves, they just need help. This is a busy store and merchandise is sitting in box's and the shelves are empty. The employees just need help.

I have given this store 2 years and the only reason I keep giving it chances is because it is right in the neighborhood and has no competition. The store gives me the same excuse everytime for the last three years and that is because of COVID, then the economy their corporate headquarters can't get the items in ontime. They explain that they are short staffed and can't keep the shelves stocked. Come on now!!! How long does it take for a company to correct this? I have literally bought all of an item just to see how long it takes to replenish. It has taken up to 3 to 4 weeks to get items that are sold out back instock. What is going on? They are loosing hundreds of thousands in sales. They loose an average of 200 to 300 dollars every month from me having to go elsewhere to buy the items I need. Why would you not carry camping gear and supplies? There are campgrounds less than 1/2 mile with no other stores! Why would DG take advantage of this huge potential when it comes to local campers. I am so tired of having to shop elsewhere. The people are nice and I don't want to give up on DG so I keep going but come on DG get it together. Self checkout is out of order most of the time FYI. It feels like DG corporate headquarters don't care because they know they are the only store in the area so they just don't fix it. This store has so much potential and DG is loosing hundreds of thousands in sales I am witness to this on a daily basis!!

Lots of options makes the store feel very crowded though.
