Hands down the worst tax experience I’ve ever had. Their online payment system online wasn’t working right for me and I was charged twice for $194 and they wouldn’t refund it to me though apparently they tried, so they say. In times like now people can’t afford to be getting robbed by large corporations like this. I work hard for my money, and even though I had to owe this year, there is NO EXCUSE for taking all that money from me and keeping it for themselves. Stay far away from this place.

Teresa Dugan is fantasticly amazing at her job!! Extremely friendly and great at multitasking between completing my taxes and engaging in friendly conversation! This lady knows her stuff! In the past I've honestly had a few bad experiences with H&R block, (a different employee, different location down in Phoenix) Teresa has highly impressed me and my experience with her has convinced me to give H&R Block another chance! So thank you Teresa for being awesome at your job!! H&R Block should recognize that you definitely deserve a raise!!
