“Professional rodent prevention has been a standard protocol at Camp Verde 24 Hour Storage. After 40 years of service to the community, the standard has not changed. These units are clean and the treatment for any kind of infestation is monitored regularly. It is my opinion that the photos of rat contamination were not at Camp Verde but at another facility as the tenant wanted a complete months refund while exiting mid month. Since her departure there is not one complaint of rodent activity. As the new owner, we take customer welfare seriously with camera surveillance as well as physically walking the grounds during the day to insure all is well. Until these photos submitted to this post can be proven to be Camp Verde 24 Hour Storage, I personally have to contest what the previous tenant claims.”

“What a great place! I parked my Newmar RV for storage and am always a little hasitant when leaving this gem anywhere. But, after talking to the owner I was assured that I could call any time to ask a questions or if I had concerns. Great customer service and hands down a secure place to store my RV camper in Camp Verde! Plus, the added flexibility to come and go as I need. I highly recommend it if you need a storage place for an RV, watercraft ...pretty much anything with wheels!”

“This facility is very clean and roomy. We store our 42 foot class A RV there and have plenty of room to maneuver around. We had some issues with the electrical hook up, but Greg and Mark helped us out. They ended up working overtime to make sure we found just the right spot with higher amp service to keep the coach batteries from losing its charge. Their efforts were very much appreciated on a late Saturday afternoon.”
