A package my brother had mail to me in MA never arrived. June was able to help track the package down to a holding location in my town where I was able to pick up the package. Thanks for the help June.

For the Camp Verde location. Woman who works Sundays is petty, condescending, and inexplicably rude and I've had this same experience with this same employee multiple times. It's the strangest thing. I've always had positive experiences at any other UPS store. This place feels like dealing with the Post Office but worse.

Ordered something from Tractor Supply shipping was supposed to go to Cottonwood store. The driver dropped it off in Camp Verde. UPS customer service was no help. This was not my fault. This was the driver who can't figure out Camp Verde from Cottonwood. Why should I wait days for UPS to research and correct it, or spend my time and gas money to get it from another town. It should have been a simple call to have the driver pick it up and deliver it where it was supposed to go in the first place.

The owner is rude and condescending. I even told her I was sick yet she kept telling at me!. June, life is too short and precious to carry so much anger and rage! But I refused to make you money while having to feel and deal with your issues. Get a counselor and meditate as I do pray and feel sorry for you! (I only had to deal with you for a few moments and my real sorrow is for your employees and family and people that have to be around you all the time! You have to be around you! Get help!)

I dropped off 2 Amazon packages at 3:10 PM 10/3/23 and was treated quite RUDELY. Scolded because my printer printed scan codes in large mode but employee was still able to read. Complained because I had a total of 9 loose items in 2 boxes. Basically a very rude person!!!!

Used this store as well a many other UPS Stores and have had great service with friendly staff! Don't understand the bad reviews, but personally I've had great experience and helpful people at the UPS Store on Fannie Flats!

June, I am extremely confused as to why you believe you can speak to people this way. The "I'm the owner and can do what I want" attitude is exactly why you have a low rating. You email response was so below par that I'm embarrassed for you. Can't wait to see what you write in response to this one. Maybe I should attach the email for reference..... The condescending tone Shanon thought she was gonna be able to use with me is why we are here. After finding out you did in fact have my packages after all, for some days, I asked to speak to the owner as I won't argue with a grown adult about what I'm seeing online/tracking. You wanna respond with I'm the owner!! Then continued to not try to resolve the issue, you just wanted to banter! I'm not at all surprised by the past reviews you have received. You deserve every one of the 1 star that have been posted.

I needed an FBI-level fingerprinting. I received top-level support from the professionals at this UPS Store. In particular, June Trinidad, the owner, went out of her way for me. She worked hard to achieve the best quality results and then had an additional "letter"...of support. I am very grateful for the effort from these "pros." Jeanne S
