I had to return 2 packages from Amazon that were absolutely destroyed in shipping. I had no idea how to get it accomplished and the ladies in the UPS Store helped me out greatly!!! I appreciate the extra mile they went for me.

I'm giving 5 Stars because I was fortunate enough to have Shannon help me this AM. Whenever I walk in I just hope its Shannon that comes out from the back and no one else, especially the owner. (then it would be 1 star) Shannon, you're the best.
