Exceptionally rude customer service and first location I've been to that charges a $5 email surcharge to print 3 pieces of paper. Highly recommend using alternative locations.

The USPS said they delivered a package their for me on 4/29/25 @9:23a.m. Somehow between the two companies it disappeared. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this place. If you find a package for last name Lee and it was a misunderstanding then I will change my review.

I had to return 2 packages from Amazon that were absolutely destroyed in shipping. I had no idea how to get it accomplished and the ladies in the UPS Store helped me out greatly!!! I appreciate the extra mile they went for me.

Love this UPS store! The owner and staff are always super-friendly and nice. Always receive a cheery hello! In fact, they often have my mail ready for me when I walk through the door. They're so fast, we make a joke of it, lol. Above-and-beyond helpful, too. The few times I've received heavy packages they've helped me get them in my vehicle. I highly recommend this store to everyone and give them a super high 5. Thank you so much!!!

Can’t give zero stars but would.
The person working on Sunday 1/5/25 at 4:10 pm was extremely rude. She made us (the customer) wait for around 10-12 mins while she finished taping and labeling boxes. I don’t know what type of business this is that you make your customers wait around while you do work that can be done when no customers are around. And then, I had a label from a store but she said that it was a label that needed to be printed out (very rudely and matter of fact, like I was some sort of idiot). The website I got it from said that all I had to do was show the label at UPS store and they would handle the rest. She didn’t want to hear what I had to say. I asked her if she could print it for me, and again, very rudely, she said yup, you can email it to this address and I charge $5.50 to do it. WHAT!?!?! $5.50 for an email and to print a label. That’s insanity and UPS should be ashamed of that. Again the woman dismissed me as if I were bothering her. Good customer service would have offered to do it for their customer and explain kindly the process that should be taken in the future, but this woman was nasty, obviously didn’t want to be there and lost a customer. I will be telling all those that I know of her antics and advise them to avoid that store at all
Costs. I’d rather go to cottonwood and spend the extra 15 mins than go to a store with such rude and nasty people working there. Convenience isn’t worth rude and nasty customer service. Never again will I go there. Horrible, stay away.

Horrible service. This lady was rude like she always is. Not sure why you would employ someone so grumpy. Lots of people are looking for work. I feel most people would do a better job. Employees. 131206

I walked in and there was no one there. She made me wait a couple minutes before even acknowledging me. Then was so unkind the entire time. I asked her how her day was and she said , I’m here and wouldn’t even look at me.
She would not even listen or look at what I had. Terrible attitude and customer service I’ve ever had. I will drive to cottonwood from now on. I wasn’t even able to return my item because of her unwillingness to even try to help me.
I hope something can be done about this lady, she’s the owner.
I pray that she finds some happiness one day.
