$5.72 charge to print a label seems a bit excessive. Other UPS stores charge nothing.

I have always had such excellent and incredible customer service at this UPS store until today. Unfortunately, the owner, June, made my visit seem like it was more of a burden to her that she had a customer. June needs to work on her Customer service skills. Just because June is the owner, doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be friendly and serve you on a timely manner.

The employee I dealt with was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I try to support local businesses but with this type of service I can see why locals choose to go outside of Camp Verde.

Went in with a simple question and the lady at the counter was just short, clipped and rude, as well as patronizing. Just all around rubbed me the wrong way and makes me not want to come back.

Great store! You should know the rules if you are going to use their services; if not, don't expect a Sunday school lesson from them. The newest shorter lady can flat out be rude, but I brush it off to how busy they are 90% of the time. Happy New Year!

Terrible customer service. Charges for every little thing. Next she’ll probably charge you just to enter the store. From now on I’ll drive 20 min out of my way to use anyone but this UPS store.

I had an exceptional experience regarding a package I needed to pick up Dec 6, 2023. I couldn't get any assistance from UPS 800# with an issue in regards to picking my package up by a certain date BUT I eventually found an email for this location where I needed to pick the package up from. I emailed the store and June, Christine and Rhett were very quick to assist and I was able to pick my package up with out any problem. All 3 were very professional and polite. Everyone is always so quick to point out the bad BUT everyone should make an effort to recognize both the good and the not so good. People are people. Look up the Golden Rule...that's what everyone should strive to do. Smiles cost nothing. Making someone's day by saying "Thank you" doesn't hurt either.I would use this UPS store location again and again!Thank you again for all of your help June, Christine, and Rhett.

The lady did her job (sort of-she wanted to charge me $5 to print a one page return ticket because she couldn't spend 1 second scanning my ticket I brought in just to see if it would work), and she acted like she hates her job. If she smiled once, I think her face would break! Worst customer service ever. And this isn't my 1st experience dealing with this lady, she's just a miserable person to deal with. Unfortunately, this is the only UPS store near me so I'm stuck with it. The other employees are awesome tho, I needed to say that to give them Kudos! Thus, the 2 stars.

What an amazing customer service experience, we were in and out in 5 min with printed notarized digitized document with a smile with a great deal of humor, definitely I will drive from Sedona no problem !

I had the worst experience with the owner (June) and I see several others with the same experience! No matter how nice I was (I even asked her to relax and stop yelling at me!) I nicely said, either take my business or not but you must stop with your condescending nasty attitude! I carried her horrible vibes with me for hours! Yuck ?She's obviously a very unhappy angry person ... which I actually felt sorry for her but why should have to put up with it? I even told her I have cancer and didn't feel well but she was on her highhorse ego driven rage mode!In the future, I'll pay twice as much to take my bigger packages to USPS and have professional nice people take my business.June, life is too short and precious to carry so much anger and rage! But I refused to make you money while having to feel and deal with your issues. Get a counselor and meditate as I do pray and feel sorry for you! (I only had to deal with you for a few moments and my real sorrow is for your employees and family and people that have to be around you all the time! You have to be around you! Get help!)

Thank you UPS Store in Camp Verde for your personalized service - I always look forward to popping in the store and chatting with the owner or the employees.I can count on a multitude of services from making copies of large sized documents, handling large numbers of carton shipments, processing Amazon returns and a few times i was even shown how to package and tape cartons effectively.The owner is especially attentive and helpful and has passed the same work ethic on to all of her employees.Thank you for being an integral member of our small community.

The owner is extremely rude. It's honestly bizarre. Don't bother being civil with this woman. She won't reciprocate no matter how pleasant you are to her. My husband and I always dread having to use her services. I always pray it's going to be one of the other employees working, who are all very nice and helpful, from my experiences.

I've used the Camp Verde UPS Store a few times now and have always been treated very well, and more importantly got my prints back much faster than quoted when I dropped the work off to be completed. Both times were for promotional materials and the quality was excellent both times. I really appreciate the fast turnaround and friendly service.
