Horrible! 4c's was terrible. Long delay nobody answering the phone, and I could NEVER access my data on their portal. Completely incompetent organization. One of the previous dr's my folks went to see left their group. Going now to Honor Health for more professional service.

I called the office for refills on medications.. someone from the office called me back and totally refused to refill my prescription! She was so rude and didn't even give me a chance to explain my situation. She hung up on me!!!I'm appalled and frustrated with this type of behavior coming from my PCP's office staff! I've been going there for over 3 years...I'll be complaining all the way to management!!!!

This group is so fantastic. The vibe and energy, especially Dr. Cupic, is why I go there. She is fun, smart, and so easy to talk with. Best bedside manner, no long waits, and compassion with every step.

Dr. Cupid and her staff are amazing. So happy I finally found my new PCP Extremely friendly, and I love that I don't have to wait 294927164 weeks just to get an appointment.

totally incompetent group. Can't get appointments on time when you arrive. How about waiting an hour just for a prescription request. Simple stuff seems to evade them. and then they got the billing wrong and stated they spent 30 minutes with me. Like 5 minutes. Strange.

I have never provided a google review before, but after the poor and rude service I received from Dr. Cupic/4C Carefree medical facility today, was finally too much to take.I have been trying for a week to obtain two prescriptions- I called the pharmacy last Monday but unfortunately I and they have to deal with the 4C office but they indicated they needed to contact Dr. Cupic to obtain renewals. Either Tuesday or Wednesday (remember the pharmacy contacted them early Monday) telling me they had a renewal request for me, I said OK please renew (didn't really know why they had to call me but they did) and they said they would. . I called the pharmacy on Thursday and they said they hadn't heard back from Dr. Cupic. They indicated they would contact Dr Cupic again.I too called that day as well (Thursday) as well - but ended-up in the 4c Medical phone hell (admitted by the staff as being a "bad system", meaning you call their number, you never reach anyone directly, you stay on hold for ever (15-20 minutes with no one coming) even though their system tells you you are first in-line, no one ever comes on. When you select to go to voice mail, the attendant of the voice mail system indicates that the 4C Carefree system is not taking messages but then it says leave a message. So you are never sure it will ever get to anyone any way. By the way - i didn't ever hear from anyone. The majority of doctor's offices now use a portal to eliminate these communication issues (and control privacy - HIPPA) but 4 c seems not interested in investing in their business to improve service and be safe with patient info.Fast forward to this morning Monday (this morning 8.30 am - the internet said they were opening) - I called the 4C office - go into their voice mail hell in hopes I can talk to someone - end up leaving a message regarding both the scripts and I need a Dr's signature on a handicap parking permit request. I call the Pharmacy - they can't believe this isn't handled but not surprised as they say this happens all the time when contacting the 4C office - they say they will walk next door to get it taken care of. They do and they call me back to say they have the scrips and will fill them. I never heard back from the 4C office - I called them again as I needed the doc signed and wanted to make sure Dr. Cupic would be there.I finally heard back from the 4c office about 2pm them saying they had given the pharmacy what they needed - I said great but the pharmacy had called me 3 hours before indicating that the scrip was ready to pick-up. I then asked about the signature on the doc - she acted like it was news to her and indicated Dr. Cupic was going to be leaving in a few minutes. I raced to the office and provided them the form. They came back and said Dr. Cupic would not sign the form even though I have had the back condition for 4 years. Said she needed to evaluate me (i.e. office visit - i.e. "dollars")- I tried to reason with her medical assistant even demonstrating for him how my walking was impaired. He re-stated he would not explain to her but insisted she had to see me.I even mentioned how poorly I had been treated regarding the scrip renewal so maybe they could do me a favor ---but no! he even took the time to tell me they had renewed the prescription as a favor because i needed to have new meds completed (news to me - in the entire renewal process no one had mentioned this was an issue)Yes, I did loose my cool and used words I shouldn't have - I apologize for that behavior.I have been with the Carefree Office of 4C Medical Office for about a year, the above has been my experience through-out - I moved there i looking for a local doctor taking new patients - now I know why they were taking new patients. Well they will be shortly have a new opening.I can't believe took the time to write essay but needed to let people know what they are in for if they sign-up with Dr.Cupic.PS - I gave them a one star - if I could have selected zero stars I would have

Dr. Cupic is a wonderful doctor and I'm so glad she's in Carefree! She has a great personality and she doesn't judge you. She helps you and she listens to her patients. Her staff is also wonderful. They are all professionals and friendly. I recommend this clinic.

I am very unhappy with this practice. I went here for an appointment I thought was covered by my insurance over a year and a half ago and received an expensive bill that I was not expecting. No one at this office told me at the time that they did not negotiate with my insurance when I made the appointment or when I was there; otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Now, 1year and 9 months later I am dealing with a bill which is ridiculous. Today, I have spent hours on the phone with their billing department and my insurance company trying to figure out what is going on and why I suddenly owe this amount after almost 2 years have passed since I saw the doctor here. I am disputing the charges but I have no idea how it will all turn out. This is the first negative review I have ever written on Yelp but I want to warn others so they don't have to deal with the frustration this doctor office is causing me.

Dr Victoria is a very nice and professional doctor, however when you call the clinic, you wait 45 minutes until someone answers the phone. I also have waited 3 weeks from them to get paperwork for my bloodtest and so they can give me a referall. Im changing my doctor and nobody should ever go to this clinic.

A big shout out to Naomi Jimenez for including an EKG test as part of my general exam...and then noticing what seemed like a trivial glitch in my EKG reading. Erring on the side of caution, she referred me to a cardiologist. So I grudgingly saw the cardiologist thinking this was nothing. Well it indeed turned out to be something significant (thankfully not life threatening). Thank you Naomi from the bottom of my heart (no pun intended).

I'm a 4C patient, I've been with Dr. Kleven for nine years per his suggestion I should have my blood checked ( INR ) at the closer 4C office to me which is the Carefree Office. The front desk is the issue, I have to check my INR weekly, the front desk has made it hell on us fot these weekly visits. Questions about the Doctor, if I'm a patient, test form letter head, and now my temperature apparently I was 102...after I walked away my temperature was 102. Suggestions put competent people at the front desk and medically trained people to take the temperature. I rather drive the 40Miles that Dr. Kleven was trying to avoid then go back there...
