The staff is mostly friendly and supportive. Although, don’t try to buy paint when the one person who can mix is out. I went there today at 3:15 for samples and no one could help me. Better call in advance if you need paint!

Every time I call this store, the employees are friendly and helpful. When in the store, I appreciate everyone making eye contact, they say THANK YOU and Your WELCOME!!!!! Very polite neighbors. Great job hiring exceptional people.

Due to the labor shortage I feel like they are always understaffed but it never feels that way. Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Very ignorant to have a store with no actual return policy on paper!!!!I needed to return the batteries for a court charge if she denied me because it was past the 30 day return policy?WTF??? I sat in line for 15 minutes waiting for a gentleman to return a handful of PVC fittings... The only thing I received at Ace Hardware was an explanation why they can't do their job!!! Off I go to a different Ace Hardware hopefully they know how to do the jobsIt would help out greatly if you changed your name to something other than Ace Hardware for the fact that you do not have anything to do with any other ace hardware! Also publish your your return policy so we can read how much you actually care about the customers that you sell these Chinese items to!!

This place rocks!! The location has friendly, knowledgeable people and hard to find specialty tools and hardware. Was looking for a pop-rivit gun. They were the only hardware store around that had it in stock. Good selection of fastners too. Try them out. Much better than the big box places

First and last time here. Just moved here. The elderly woman with gray hair and glasses not very nice. I don't need the condescending attitude. Will go somewhere else. Fix it Karsten's or you will lose more business.

I find it hard to believe that this place gets just a cumulative of three stars. I've frequented this fine store since my parent first moved into their home in the area in 1999 and the staff in this place have NEVER been anything but truly excellent providers of service. Look, the prices are competitive with those gigantic big box stores down the hill but they ACTUALLY PROVIDE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Again, always. Compared to those other leading brands, this one has been consistently, reliably superior for more than two decades. This kind of place is SO rare in this day and age.

The people that work the counter were no help at all on anything today it was ridiculous I had to tell them that they even sell the item I was looking for and then they told me well we don't know if they're in stock even though online since they're in stock and I really don't even think they knew what they were looking for honestly so of course I didn't get what I needed
