Can never figure out the staff that work here. Least helpful banking institution I have ever dealt with. I have 3 personal and 1 business accounts that will be closed with this bank before the new year. Enough is enough! Institution policies don’t even make sense for a business owner

I come in to make a simple transaction and two of the tellers don't know how to help. I'm told to sit and wait while one goes into the back to check on how to do it... and then reappears but not to help me... maybe to look up on the internet while I am sitting and waiting on my day off, for them, to be able to do thier job. Oh wait she did come back here and tell me they did have to look it up on line. She wasn't able to answer any of our questions and had to get a manager who was equally unhelpful.

The customer service is unparalleled at this location, the people are so nice and they get in you and out of there so gosh darn fast! I worked with Cody and man, he's a gentleman and scholar. He went above and beyond for me and I'm grateful. Go to this Bank of America for all your banking needs.

We made an appointment at this branch to change the filing status of our LLC, which had been erroneously recorded as an S-corp several years ago at a different branch. Our appointment was with Joseph, and it seemed as if BofA's online appointment system had accidentally double booked him. He was with another customer, but came over to us in the waiting area and apologized and said his manager would be right with us. The manager, Leah Perry, came over right away, verified our IDs, wrote up the new documentation and had us sign off in very short time. Everyone we encountered was very polite, and seemed to operate at a high level of efficiency. I have had to wait longer than that just to make a deposit at some other banks. We would definitely do business here again!

You have to close exactly at 4 sharp, horrible bank.. open until 5 lossers. Will cancel all the accounts with you just because there are better options

Called this bank for 20-minutes straight. "We are sorry, all of our representatives are currently assisting other customers". I needed a notary. So we drove over. Multiple employees are standing at the entrance, asked about a notary. "Do you have an appointment?" He asked. No, because I called for 20-minutes and no one answered. "Our notary isn't here today - you can make an appointment for Monday". Thanks, but no thanks. Then he told me the UPS store on carefree hwy has a notary there today. Turns out, they didn't have anyone in today. Awesome. You can't make notary appointments on-line. And you can't get an answer at the location. Not the customer service I was looking for.

This bank 's ATM Machine took my card and $200.deposit. Jan, 30th, 2020. I was sent away by that locations manager to file a written report! The $200. debit showed on my computers account. The staff there are not very effective at solving simple problems. "AVOID"

This is one of the worst banks that I have ever worked with in terms of getting people thru the teller line. Usually just one teller and in particular one teller that is very slow and does not seem to know what she is doing. If there are more than 2-3 people in line, plan on a 15-20 minute wait! Bank is also complicated by the fact that there is no drive thru or drop box, so even if you are making just a simple deposit, you have to wait in the line. Further, this bank is not open on Saturdays.

Just needed a document notarized and we had to wait over half an hour! The bank did not seem busy either.
