STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!
Ordered a dishwasher online for installation. Got my email saying dishwasher had been delivered to store and was ready for installer to pick it up. Installer calls me when he gets there and says the staff can't figure out where the dishwasher is or if it even arrived. Then they bring out WRONG dishwasher (completely different model and about 500$ difference from one I ordered) and assure the installer that it's correct. I noticed when installer got to my home so we called store. They said they did not have it and would need to order it. So I say ok, I'm pretty nice about whole thing. Then Lowes Installation Services calls me and tries to solely blame the installer. Manager of store calls me and says they had dishwasher entire time, he's so sorry and he'll put sign on it so nothing happens to it. Fast forward to today where Im supposed to have the correct dishwasher installed and the installer calls me saying Lowes cannot find my dishwasher and they're telling him it's at my house LOL. Are you kidding me? So I tell him, no it should be there and explain whole story. I'm pissed at this point telling them to let me speak to manager. 5 minutes later installer says Lowes found it. Can't wait to see if it's actually correct when it gets here. Bottom line Your employees are either too lazy to read or they were trying to pawn off a cheap dishwasher on me. Like bait and switch. Your company should be ashamed how you treat your customers. I've had Lowe's installation before and never had this problem. But after this experience it's safe to say I am DONE!
Update: Dishwasher that I ordered arrived completely bent up and damaged. Guess I didn't expect anything positive anyways from 2nd attempt.

If you live in Cave Creek, STAY AWAY, especially if you need assistance from one of the OLDER employees. They either are ignorant of their job, or just don't care.
Went in on a Saturday to get electrical supplies, NM connectors for romex. Had to push help button in the electrical isle to get assistance . They employee yelled to turn the push button off. Asked where the items i needed were located, he said they don't make them go to hardware. Lucky a younger employee said go to HOME Depot, they have all kinds of them. Got to truck, looked at their app and AMAZING the items were in isle 10.. Again GO TO HOME DEPOT.

Always clean and friendly staff at Lowe’s home improvement center. Bathrooms are clean as well which is a plus. Prices are competitive and also do price matching which is always good to know when shopping. ? if you are looking for carpet, tile, backsplashes, granite counter tops and more for a home this place has it all and staff very knowledgeable and eager ? to help

Ordered a storm door from Millworks and purchased third party install. After waiting over a month for the door to come in stock I had to call the installers myself to schedule an appointment. They finally came out and realized the door that was ordered was too small- that door doesn’t even come in the size I need so now I have a trimmed out door but not the door I want and am forced to pick a different door. Don’t waste your time or money- go with a custom door company direct.
