Had to get a new dryer quickly, I was able to go there and pick one up, I originally went to home Depot but they did not have any available units at the store but luckily Lowe's had plenty.

The store manager and a few lawn and garden associates helped my mom and I with a Christmas tree. They were so incredibly kind & helpful. We will definitely be back! I couldn’t applaud the store manager enough for helping out his team with grace.

I usually shop Home Depot but I thought I'd try Lowes ( Carefree) for carpeting. This has taken 7 phone calls. I've been put on hold many times , disconnected, generally unaccommodating, ... a terrible, frustrating experience. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. When an operator tells you " you can understand that we may have other customers"...it never occurs to them..no, it means they are understaffed!'I highly recommend not shopping there.

Don't buy anything from Lowes. They don't care about their customers.Lowes recently implemented a no return/no exceptions policy after 90-days from purchase after I had purchased more tile than I needed for a project (everyone does this when redoing tile). They have always taken back excess tile in the past for store credit or refund, but now won't do that any more, even after I was told that I could return at the time of purchase.To find this out I have now loaded and unloaded the excess tile from my truck 4 times because I got the store and they weren't able to help me and I had to bring the tile home again.What a stupid corporate policy.They have a very slim timeline now to correct this and possibly keep me as a customer otherwise it will easily cost them multiple times what the excess tile is worth from my lost business, bad reviews and telling my business, friends and family not to shop there any more.They need to take care of their customers if they want to keep them.

This is not a good place for kitchen cabinets. Slow installation service. They made mistakes during the installation process and refused to correct it.

Normally great experience. Called home decor section while driving to the store to ask about a previous window blind order we placed. They said it would be a minute and put us on hold. Got to store in about 5 minutes. Went to blind area and waited there about 15 min looking through material books. Associates that were in that section helping someone left. Other associates walked by and didn't ask if we needed help. After 15 min and total of 25 min still on hold, we left.

Pretty decent store, some folks actually know what they're talking about, but there's always that one employee who doesn't even know that he works at the store. When it comes to extend the warranty on appliances, take a pass! Don't do it, impossible to deal with, multiple phone calls that are never returned, you end up, calling an appliance repair company anyway! The aggravation is not worth the money. It's really kind of a scam! Sad to say, but we lived it ourselves, so we're trying to prevent anyone else from going through that BS.

I ordered exterior doors and was given a date of May 5th for store pickup, on May 5th. Now told June 15. Subs lined up to pick up, install, then stucco. Screwed up many schedules
