They have been extremely helpful. I have done 2 print orders in the last week. The first order was submitted incorrectly on my end. They worked with me to make the necessary changes and made the process super easy. Definitely will use them for printing needs in the future.

Called to confirm that I could bring in an item and pay to have it professionally packed, which they do. They made no mention of the fact that I had to ship out through them until I showed up on site.

I have been wanting to give a shout out to Bella for the past 2 years I’ve lived in Carefree. She is ALWAYS helpful, courteous, professional, extremely patient, and nothing is too much trouble for her. Upon entering, Bella quickly greets you with a smile and eager to be of service. We have been using this UPS since we purchased our home in late 2020. Often we are not able to pick up some of our mail as quickly as we’d like and they have always been so gracious and helpful. It feels so welcoming when we come in and most of the time we are recognized right off, which I find amazing! Very happy with the service we receive so I am perplexed at any negative reviews.

I asked for receipt for an Amazon return and they said they don’t provide one “you can take a picture”. Not surprisingly I have now had two items NOT make it back to Amazon for the refund.I have now been going to another UPS store where I receive a receipt for everything without even asking and I get it with genuine hospitality.

All of the negative reviews for this location are accurate. Terrible does not even begin to describe how bad the customer service is here.Need proof you dropped off your Amazon return? I was told by the manager himself to "go to a different store", all because I asked for a drop-off receipt.Insanely high prices, rude staff, and horrible customer service.

Stay far away from the store. The young female at the counter provides horrible customer service and somehow manages to create an issue every time I go in. She refuses to provide a receipt for Amazon returns, and today said she could only process it if I had a printed copy of the return code. If you're looking to get a passport photo, don't even bother. They have signage saying "passport photos" but according to her they don't do it. Crappy service and a dirty store.

I never thought there was a world where I would be reviewing a UPS store but the owner at this store takes the cake. The owner Mike is psychotic and immediately started yelling after I brought in an Amazon return. He claims he does 300 Amazon returns a day, but yet could not figure out how to proceed with my return. The first thing he did when he came out from the back was to tell me that I can't read. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to take my package (a Le Creuset Dutch Oven) and throw it outside on the concrete and call the police. Mike then noticed I had been recording a video of this interaction and I told him I would love for him to call the police and he then suddenly did a 180 and saying oh he would like to look at my paperwork to help on the return. I said too late and now we will shortly have a viral TikTok star. These insane businesses need to be called out.

The owner, Mike, is extremely condescending and is trying to charge you for anything. I tried to print one page and he wanted to charge me $3 for computer use when I gave him my USB port. When i told him that his own son who worked here did not charge it, he blamed his own son and asked me for the money I should have been charged. When I asked for the usb he threw out of anger to me.Also Jessica is the rudest employee I have ever seen in any UPS store. She hanged up on me and treated me like dirt in person.For shipping go to the post office. For copies go to the office max by target.Avoid this place l!!!!!
