Renting a refrigerator out of the time I been renting and paying I had nothing but problems I haven’t even been able to really use it it’s like I only really had it for 5 months total they’ve taken it to get serviced 4 times not very happy but very quick for payment over all friendly ppl but not a happy customer

Don’t plan your day around the schedule they give you because they won’t be on time, they won’t even be within 2 hours of your time frame. Then when you call, the girl will laugh at the fact you told her you have children to pick up and it’s now 2 hours past your time of delivery. I also confirmed with them earlier in the day on the time since it was supposed to be scheduled the day before and they messed that up too. So call to get an update after they are late she says they are on their way, an hour later (I live 20 mins or less away) they are still not here. Call back and she laughs because she obviously loves her job. This is how they treat repeat good standing customers. Awful customer service, inability to keep schedule, and rude.

Amazing looking store after renovations about a year or so ago. The staff is so good as thier nice and very helpful. Definitely come by here.

They will harass you between payments even though you are current on your payments. It’s like they want to and get off on harassing and talking down to people to the point where they will make up reasons to do so. Disgusting people work here with horrible customer service skills and blame the customers for things that aren’t even happening ! Penny is the worst one. Her energy really gives off unwashed and musty.

One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to, they leave voicemails that feel thuggish and just harassed. I will never come here again and I would never recommend coming here.

They have a very poor understanding of customer service at this Casa Grande location. They are very unprofessional when leaving messages, they don't give vital information regarding the missed call, like who's calling? What was the purpose of the call? Their tone and demeanor are very rude and demanding.For exampleIf I were to leave a voicemail I would state my name, and I would leave a detailed message on why I'm callingDo not leave a voicemail demanding a callback, without telling me who you are and why you're calling.

I have purchased several high end appliances and electronics from Aaron's in Casa Grande AZ threw out the past years and never had any issues with the management or staff. I am currently renting a Samsung washer and dryer from Aaron's but am having issues with the washer stopong during the rinse cycle it won't drain and shuts off. It's been serviced once already . I called today 9/20/22 to see if they can service it again the manager I spoke to just argued with me. I'm thinking of just returning the appliances and going somewhere else. This is not the first time I've had issues with the manager.

I bought a refrigerator for $ 3,000 through Aaron's and once I got it with in 6 months that I had it it already broke water always leaks from the inside and every time we call Aaron's to get my money back they always tell me that they won't give me my money back that they'll send someone to come and fix it only two people came to fix it and they even didn't fix it it still kept on leaking water from the inside so we called Aaron again and all they told us is that they'll give us a new one but why am I going to want to get a new one if we're going to have the same problem and I don't have the money to buy a new one so we've been stuck with this broken refrigerator for three years always having to clean it so my advice to everyone is don't buy anything from Aaron

I have been a longtime customer and always had great service into recently. There was a misunderstanding with my with my order and I was told that would be fixed. I only received half the order and I was told I would be updated and nothing .It's been almost 3 weeks and I keep getting the run around with phone calls. I understand that their busy and probably short staff due to covid restrictions. Every time I call no manager is available and they promise I get a call back and still haven't heard anything yet.Very disappointed.

I rented a Amanda washer from Aaron's, paid it off and went into the store to rent a set (washer and dryer) but the sales lady in the store seemed all to happy to tell me that it wasn't possible because they no longer carried the Amanda brand; a polite way to tell me that I had been screwed. I no longer wish to patronize a business that leaves the customer hanging. Today 4/13/2021 I have updated my review because I was contacted by Aaron's and offered to exchange the Amanda washer for a set. I appreciate the company contacting me after learning of my problem with prior representative and offering me a solution. I have not yet been in the store because of a recent heart attack I am still recovering and also I am trying to find someone to donate my current dryer because it still works great. Thank you Aaron for restoring my confidence in your business ethics, hope to see you soon.
