Worst Customer Service Ever! Went here to get a spa pedicure. Not a relaxing experience at all. I went in right after the shop opened. The young blonde haired girl with the glasses Was my tech and she did a rush job on my scrub. She literally took it out the container and just slapped it on my legs and feet. She didn’t even get it all over and she didn’t take any time to rub it around or anything to make my legs, smooth and soft, which is what the scrub is for. She just moved onto the next step. So I made a comment about her, not completing that step. She commenced to go back-and-forth with me telling me that She did and that’s how she does it and every time that I said something she had to say something back like a kid who has to get the last word and kept talking. Very immature & She kept talking about she has to say her side too. Well you said it, so you can stop talking now is how I felt. The conversation ended because I just stopped talking and I figured I would just take it to the supervisor Because the conversation did not have to go on and on and The issue could’ve been resolved very easily. I Was just gonna tell the supervisor she is young and maybe they need to talk to her about her customer service skills. Wasn’t trying to cause a scene. I asked for the supervisor when I went to go pay for my services. I told him I had a complaint. The supervisor didn’t even get up to come talk to me. We’re talking loudly across to each other from the register to the table where he was sitting. As soon as I opened my mouth to start talking, The young tech who did my pedicure started talking before I could even get out What my issue was And the supervisor advised me that I didn’t have to come to their shop anymore if I didn’t like their service. I never even got a chance to explain my issue. She hurried to tell her side & the supervisor immediately got rude also. I could clearly see why the young lady was so rude because she had a rude supervisor backing up her bad customer service. He had no problem talking to a paying customer all crazy. Needless to say the supervisor of Always Nails never has to worry about me coming back or any of my family going back to this shop and I would never recommend this shop to anyone I know.

My daughter and I came here to get a set and they turned out better than the pictures we showed the nail techs. Beautiful inside. Everyone is always so nice. It’s why I always come back.

At five minutes till nine am. Spurt of the moment appointment, we were accepted, seated and serviced. And were out of there 45 minutes. Pleased with our service, our nails. And our wallets. Always nails did a beautiful job. It was quick pleasant and they didn't use emery boards to file a way any flesh.

I had an appointment for 9:30am, I checked in exactly at 9:30, at 10:20 I was still waiting, no one called me, no one even acknowledged I was there. I would give them a 0 if I could, worst customer service experience ever.

Horrible horrible service!!! I've called and made appointments several times and still had to wait over an hour! The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. The workers are very nice and do excellent work but the customer service and the way they're running this business is horrible. Do better!!!
