“I have been here for almost 6 years and I want to say that this is the best place i have ever lived. Sheena the manager, Salvador and Thomas the maintenance personnel are very respectful and courteous. They tell you what is going on when you have a maintenance request so that you know the job was done properly. Its a safe, clean and quiet environment and a place where your neighbors look out for each other and help each other out. I don't plan on moving out anytime soon.”
“Shout-out to Terry! She is great and definitely knows what shes doing! Something this place needed when I first came about knowing this complex. Unfortunately by the time I had the chance to meet Terry, we had already gotten to a bad start. Reached out to me after knowing my issues with previouse management. We were able to discuss the matter get it resolved. I don't live there anymore and the fact that she took time to get my side of the story to help me resolved it really goes to show you that there are still good people. And we need more people like her and her team. Thank you again Terry! It was a pleasure to have met you.”

“Great experience with Tierra pointe apartments, especially when my daughter needed 911 called, Tierra pointe was there to provide help to me. The apartment was spacious and open, staff was supportive when both my daughter and my self needed help. I would definitely recommend Tierra pointe apartments to a new tenant.thanks”
