I went today in with a problem about my bill and Marco tooks care of me! He also gave me a cookie and a Coffee while I waited for them to look into it as part of some promotion they had going on for Hispanic heritage month! Definitely will be back! Thank you to Chris Sharp too the assistant manager he was great also!

Update : I had another issue, they sent me the wrong cord with my phone. I went in to resolve it, and Marco told me why the problem occurred but didn't help me fix it. When I told him that he didn'tsolve my problem & for on the phone to try & resolve it myself, he just walked away. The manager was more polite, but didn't help me either..It didn't actually solve my problem, they just explained to me why the problem happened. I'd rather have a solution

I had a great deal of difficulty switching my phone from Verizon to AT&T. The online program didn't work. Phone support was a merry go round of useless. The AT&T store in Maricopa was also useless. Hector at AT&T in Casa Grande renewed my confidence in customer service. He unraveled a difficult situation and would not quit until he got it done. Polite, helpful, patient, and I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended.

Amazing location!!! I tried to add my sisters to my phone plan via ATT customer service and they had it all messed up. It took multiple calls to the old cell provider and redoing everything to have it fixed. Thankfully, the experts at this location were able to figure everything out and get it all situated. Highly recommend.

AT&T service in Casa Grande has been down since last week, no internet or cellular, nothing done all weekend, terrible as my friend had surgery and has no way of reaching anyone for help. Good reason to go with Verizon

Danielle was Great! She knew exactly what I needed, she took care of Insurance and explained exactly what I needed to do to backup my phone at home. Got me back into my new phone and on the road quickly!

Went into att today to upgrade my phone. Taylor was super nice and made sure everything was transfered. He is also super funny while the data transfered. Defiantly will be coming back to see him

Overall the staff we friendly. Everyone was working with a client and appeared to be happy with their jobs. The store looked clean and did not smell bad. I gave them three stars because of pricing and their ability to resolve the issues we had. We were told our direct TV bill would be lower than what it was. Of course there was nothing they could do about it in the At&T store. Also, we have four phone lines and our bill is over $350. We are receiving discounts and still don't understand why I is so high and keeps going up.
