I went in to buy a radiator, hoses and belts for a 2004 Chevrolet Tracker.
They tell me Chevrolet didn't make a Tracker 2.0 in the United States in 2004.
They did and they made a lot of them and I have one. Instead of figuring out why the computer says it only made a 2.5L the guy just decided I didn't know what I own and decided to give me parts for what he thought I owned.
These people are not smarter than the customers, because these people think they are smarter than the customer I have a few receipts for the purchase of 5 parts.

Horrible customer service don't even want to help you manager said to go ahead and report them he still gets paid anyways this AutoZone I would not go back to O'Reilly's treat you better and now they don't price match online but some people do it they say what we price match but now they're not doing it walk in the store why even say it

We took our truck in to have our battery replaced. The woman (manager) came out with some wires, etc. to test things and said the battery did not need replacing. After taking it home and trying to charge the battery to Start our vehicle, we spent $150 at an auto shop who told us the battery wouldn't take a charge. Took the battery back and the same woman, with an attitude, said the battery was fine. She told us to take it home and charge it. My husband said something about driving all the way back to Eloy and she said, I'm going to replace the battery. It has a small bulge in the side.
We will never go back to Auto Zone again. After that run-around and putting up with her attitude and the money we had to put out, it will never be worth doing business with the Auto Zone on Florence Blvd again.
