Staff was fine. Location was fine. Facility is pretty on par for this price point. Beds were very hard and hurt my back each night. Pillows were flat and lumpy. They should also consider putting soft close hinges on the doors as you can hear them slamming shut each night and morning.

For being a 3 Star Hotel it shines. The room was clean, the staff were all friendly and the included breakfast was adequate. Located just off the freeway.

The hotels in Casa Grande are overpriced, I only needed a room for the night. After searching online I decided on the Baymont. The room was clean and looked like it may have been renovated. It was quiet also, I liked that.

This place was super clean, and the staff was super nice, and the bed was decently comfortable! You can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend! This is now my go to on my long trips to Texas. ❤️❤️Nearby activities: Shopping is very close within a mile, and there is a Chevron right across the street.

There are not a lot of options in Casa Grande as far as hotels are concerned. This might be the best option. I've been going there for work for 2 years and tried different hotels. These rooms are the largest, and they have the best AC.

My room wasn't ready. Charged me the same prise for a 2 beds room when asked if I wanted a single bed. I'll never stay there again. Said they were under staffed that's why my room wasn't ready and still charged me $118. Not very customer satisfied.

Many issues. They could make the pest control better. I have never seen a hotel with as many insects and spiderwebs before. There is no elevator to get upstairs so that is a huge problem. If you have elderly or ones who need first floor access, you may want to call ahead and be very specific. If you can’t get an answer, don’t book. My room smelled like dog as soon as I entered it and the hallways look like they were last cleaned last century. From the floor to the ceiling of my room, dirt and grime was climbing up the walls. The popcorn ceilings had stalactites of dirt hanging from the popcorn ceiling. Has the basics of what a normal hotel provides, but this hotel has major accessibility, cleaning, and pest problems. Wouldn’t recommend at all. If available, choose another option.Rooms: Pretty basic but very unclean.Safety: Pretty safe city in general.Noteworthy details: Don’t come.

Apparently, the hotel is doing renovations to the bathroom in the rooms. The smell of paint is extremely strong, enough to cause headaches. When I arrived at the room, the door was propped open. I thought that was strange. However, once I entered the room, I immediately knew why. It was a weak attempt to air out the room of the stench of paint. I asked the front desk clerk if I could change rooms. The answer was no, take it or leave it. So I checked out and went somewhere else.

Well, this place is still under construction as far as remodeling. Booked online and they did accept our Amex but upon checkin they no longer take Amex. Also, due to remodeling only a few rooms available on first floor. And stairs only for 2nd floor which was not good for us older folks. No elevators. The room given was not in good shape, it smelled of urine and housekeeping tried to use a fan and open window to get smell out but did not work. Debris all over first floor and felt it wasn't safe for us to get around it. Manager took note of our complaints and agreed, so she was able to refund us our stay. Which we appreciated. Went to Holiday Inn Express up the street and much better. A bit pricier but we happy with it.

Probably one of the best hotels here in Casa Grande. The room is big and clean (other than the mouse trap that was in our room). The bathroom is very tiny though. The door barely clears the toilet and curtain rod, and the shower curtain has to be to the left or you can't shut the door. It seems to be pretty quiet. There is breakfast in the morning. Refrigerator, microwave, and safe in room. The pool was out of service. Bed is pretty comfortable, a bit on the firm side, but not bad. WiFi available. Girl at the front desk was nice. I would stay here again.

Stayed for 5 nights. Warm water, heater, plenty of pillows and blankets to get as much sleep you need, tv was okay, and a great variety of food options to choose from around the area. Enjoyed my time here nothing to complain about what else could you ask for, thank you Casa Grande.

We were visiting my partners parents in Casa Grande. We were there for 5 days without any bedroom attention. The first two days they didn't have us on the "list" asked on the Third day apparently we had a do not disturb sign on our door, we did not. The fourth day we asked again came back to the hotel late and nothing was done. We searched out towels ourselves. The staff were not helpful, or knowledgeable of their job. Questionable humans around the hotel, drunk and stoned. We were told that they had been robbed before, as have the banks nearby. I would never stay at this hotel again, we stayed only because it couldn't have gotten worse but to be honest we should have found alternate accommodations. Never again.

Coming from CA to Casa Grande for work. Reserved a room with Amex card. Showed up to the hotel at 2am... they tell me that they can't take an Amex card. I said but I booked the room with this card... they said sorry we can't do anything. So now I'm at the best western down the street. Much, cleaner and the staff is way more professional and helpful. Know where I'll be staying every other week that I'm here moving forward.

When we walked in the room there was a strong smell of must. There were multiple hairs in the shower and a dead bug on the bathroom floor. But, the worst part by far, were the stains on the sheets. Multiple large stains, one of which appeared to be a period blood stain. We left the next morning and cancelled the three following nights of our reservation. We told the staff the room was in bad condition but they could not have cared less and didn’t ask for any details. I don’t understand the high reviews, even the hallways were dirty and torn up.
