The staff at the front office is not friendly and they are unwilling to accommodate to my pets needs. I called to get a refill for his RX and they told me to leave a message it is urgent and I couldn't wait that long I don't recommend coming here it's sub par service.

Casa grande animal hospital and staff are great we take all our pets there. Have for 20 years. Dr Paine and Michele are great with all of us. And even laugh at all my corny jokes. 5 star

I called this vet because I had an emergency with my dog and he needed to be seen that day, I waited on hold for over 10 minutes and then was hung up on. Called back and someone hung up on me AGAIN. Called for a 3rd time, they tried to place me on hold to which I told them absolutely not, only to be told that I could bring him in the following week with no compassion. Your dogs health does not mean anything to these people.

Run. Do not call. My husband and dog are currently still at the office from a 10:45 appointment.it is now approaching 4:30 pm. My skittish Chihuahua is there for an exam and x-ray. They didn't even start her sedation until 3pm! No word to my husband about a delay after being told it would be about 2 hours at 11:30! Of course the original appointment set to accommodate us better was changed due to only having a Vet in the morning. Go elsewhere!

Have been bringing my fur Childs here for over a year & the staff is amazing & personable. Have brought my two pups here for shots, nail trims, neuters, heartworm treatment & dog food here. The staff answers every phone call & gets back in a timely manner, they actually care about your pets! I experienced the Covid protocol with waiting in cars for a period of time & it was not so bad, although I am glad the wait isn't so long! I was glad they gave people space and courtesy. It's hard to schedule an app online so just call them directly! Please make sure to cancel any appointment within a timely manner they now have a $25-50 cancellation fee for any missed appointments

I am very happy that I ended up walking in the door of Casa Grande Animal Hospital. I had several questions and figured it was very important to show up in person rather than call. I was surprised to find the staff very welcoming and friendly and also talking to the front desk they were really nice and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment for my girl Grey, brown Tabby cat, and I explained what was going with her and they gave me an appointment. The day of the appointment I showed up and was taken back to the room by Michele one of the technicians, very nice and friendly, (I also know MICHELE from other places, she is the best) and Dr John McWhirter, DVM came in and went over everything with me in detail, explaining everything. He was just amazing and gave me the feeling of security that you need before making a decision. I have scheduled a date for the Dental Surgery and feel very confident about the choices I am making, THANK YOU to all the Staff that helped me from check-in to check-out, you are all great!!!! I am looking forward to seeing you all very soon.

I called to set up an appointment for wellness and shots today for my two dogs. I was told that I am denied all future services. This is petty and ludicrous. I am not a problematic customer. All I did was not renew the paw plans and told them that I didn't especially like waiting for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours for my dogs appointments in the parking lot. That's a long time in the cold with two high maintenance dogs. They are extremely disorganized and not accommodating. There was no communication while I was waiting and in every case, I did not speak to the vet. One would think that they would want to improve their process. I spent close to $2000.00 for paw plans for my two dogs in 2020. *Understandably, because of Covid, customers had to wait in the parking lot until the techs would come out and get them. That wasn't the issue. It was the waiting time and the total lack of communication.

I am so grateful for Dr. Darrell Kramer, DVM. He is kind, compassionate, and an excellent veterinarian. I recommend this business. We are fortunate to have them here. My thanks and gratitude to all of the employees for providing professional care and loving support to my sweet Bentley.

During one of the hardest moments of my life (having to say goodbye to my 17 year old dog) the first words out of the vets mouth was "You should have done this sooner." Next, she accused me of neglecting my dog. Sid had a cancerous growth on his nose that we chose not to treat (at the vets advise) because of his advanced age. I made the nurse aware of this. It was hard enough to say goodbye to my faithful companion. It made it three times as hard being accused of not caring for my dog or not putting him down sooner. I will never go back. I will find a new vet after being with CG Animal Hospital since 2004. I hope that no one else is treated this way when they have to say goodbye to their beloved pet.

Teresa was super helpful and kind when my dog Blue needed dental work and teeth extracted. She kept me up to date, gave great instructions and Blue obviously felt comfortable being around her. Thank you for taking such good care of my pupper!
