Tried setting up internet with this company 3 separate times. Tried getting internet since November. First time a shitty technician just drove by my house and claimed to knock on my door. Then my appointment gets pushed back to past Christmas. I make another call get a tech here sooner. Tech can’t work on my power line for some reason. Call APS apparently nothing irregular or wrong. Try getting another tech. Next available appointment middle of next month. Just wack

Had century link for years, $77 a month for unlimited with zero issues. I’ve had cox for 5 months, I told them about all my devices and usage and they recommended a plan. I’ve almost reached the limit every month and the past two months I nearly doubled my usage and I’m using 1/2 my devices.They charged me $170 for data in sep/oct. Cancelling my service. They ripped me people off.

The attendant was quick to look up our order and fetch the modem/WiFi that we needed for their 1 Gbit ethernet. But she was quite abrupt and simply said, "I can't help you," when asked simple questions. Quite unfriendly! And the service fee of $110/mo is high. I wish Casa Grande had alternatives, so there would be some completion and some pressure to improve. By the way, the 1 Gbit is the speed to the modem. By the time the signal goes through the WiFi router, you are lucky if you get half that speed.

I’ve had cox for 4 years and my price has gone up so many times I’ve lost track. No one should get a price increase 6-7 times in four years to total $126 a month for internet. $126 a month for just internet is insane. No one should pay that much. I’m sick of the lame excuses you make. Cox you have never done me right. I’m so done with your upcharges and your rediculous prices. Bye! Photo below for proof

This is directly to the main corporate here- you guys are charging too much -It is ridiculous to have this issue here in Casa Grande, AZ. that's twice in a short time and no discounts/refunds coming our way ?? - a simple sorry for the inconvenience and frustration won't replace the work we are trying to accomplish when working from home - something got to be done to avoid these issues happening. I will be expecting a month free of charge for the frustration and inconvenience here. - than you in advance

Had service installed on March 1st in a new home. Their tech ended up drilling holes in my wall from the laundry room. Countless times, I've initiated phone conversations as to when Cox plans to provide resolution to the damage. Here we are, May 7th, over two months since damage occurred & Cox has not owned up to their responsibilities. All the while, I am paying my service from them. Not to mention, they left the wall dust on my floor. So, now I go public. Anyone can provide guidance?...
