The pharmacy doesn't deserve any stars for this review, but I got to put one down to leave a review.The order of meds was done weeks ago and is never ready for pick up when I get the notice to pick them up.I had to repeat and spell my wife's and I's name server times until they get it. They seem to struggle to use their computers.I'm just so frustrated that I get the alert that my meds are ready for pickup and I show up there and they're not even ready.I am so tired of staff not doing their job and having an attitude. That's why I stopped going to them and went to walgreens

I am battling bone cancer right now so the only Pain management I have is pain pills. My pain pills were supposed to be ready by 3 PM today and they weren’t so I called and asked what was going on. They told me that they were behind schedule whoever I talked to said, but I will personally make sure that it’s ready in an hour and they were for that. I am grateful. Thank you to whoever you are.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been a loyal CVS customer for 12 years. That ends today. The Casa Grande pharmacy is staffed with poorly trained techs who are rude and disrespectful. It stems from the top. The pharmacist, who is the pharmacy manager, is incompetent, rude, and seems to go out of her way to be unhelpful. After leaving almost in tears, I had to return because I was given no information on my new medication or even dosing instructions. Then she lied and said it was a fairly new medication.(it's been out in generic form for almost two years and in brand name several years before that) I asked about side effects and she gave me the standard "nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue." I asked about a specific side effect and, while standing in front of her computer with my profile up on the screen, she had to ask if I took any other medication. Really? I'm glad I have a background in this field otherwise I'd be in real danger with this woman dispensing the medication I'll be ingesting.This was all after the med was filled on 11/27, I ordered and paid for delivery on 11/28, received a text rx was ready, spoke to a real person on the phone who told me it was ready, stood in line 5 minutes before the pharmacy was closing for lunch and was told it was there but to come back at 2:00 even though I was the last in line, and when I finally got to the register was told it wasn't ready.This place is a nightmare. Save yourselves and try Walgreens or someplace else.***UPDATE, 12/1/23I got rx delivered today after I picked it up yesterday. This is a controlled substance, schedule 5, and I got double my doctor's order. Not only is this incompetent, it's illegal.

When I pickup a prescription yesterday I was told the pharmacist would talk to me, instead the associate came back told me exactly what the label says and couldn't answer my questions. The seal was also broken on the prescription I received and after three phone calls I was still unable to receive an answer of if it was still safe to take the prescription, very disappointed with this pharmacy.

To get a urgent prescription from a dr. took 30 minutes. To get the prescription from CVS 5 hours and still waiting. Worst treatment that I have ever received in a pharmacy.

Pharmacy technicians always rude.and unprofessional…will no longer use this pharmacy even though I don’t have a copay when I use CVS pharmacy.. I will go back to Walgreens pharmacy and pay the copay I should have never changed Pharmacy’s in the first place

The worst customer service ever. So bad that I not only changed to another pharmacy, but called corporate to complain. Always slow in refilling meds, but arguing with me about my meds. And then slow in transferring my meds to the next pharmacy. 13 days I waited. they always have the absolute worst attitude towards customers. ALWAYS. In the phone, or in person. I'll never do business with this pharmacy again.

Unethical pharmacist Vanessa Cano. We come for a prescription, they only gave us a partial prescription because according to her insurance didn't cover it, and rather than telling you upfront that you're missing 4 out of a 5 day treatment when you drive off she just becomes argumentative. Highly unethical behavior, especially when you have to take time off work to help your family and still have to come around multiple times to a nasty attitude. Just because we needed the medication we told her we'd pay out of pocket for the difference, and still making you wait while she fills up the prescription for another 10 customers rather than taking care of it right there and then. Highly unethical practice and just this nasty smirk on her face.

Absolutely awful. Waited 6 plus hours for them to fill my prescriptions, when they finally did waited an hour plus in line to get them to be told it would cost 1700 dollars. We then gave them our insurance info which they should have already had on file. They said some nonsense about needing my "primary insurance " . So I called the cvs I used previously asking them to send my insurance info over to these goofballs, and in less than 3 minutes they were able to determine I had multiple profiles as I had moved and they merged the info with correct insurance information. I called these clowns back, told them that my insurance should be good now, they then informed me I had multiple profiles , which is sort of how I began the conversation anyways . Good job with those listening skills. They then told me it would be 1700 dollars. I was like no, insurance covers it. They insisted my copay was 949 dollars and 600 dollars for two of the medications. Is this your first day on the job ? When has a copay ever been 1,000 dollars? They put me on hold someone else picked up and they basically told me they hadn't even attempted to process my insurance because they were not sure it was me . Wtf is wrong with you at this point ? So they put me on hold for another 45 minutes at which point in time I drive to the store myself . The lady at the counter tells me only 4 of the 7 medications are ready, I'm like all 7 were ready yesterday....what happened? Idk, you have to go stand in this other line and ask them. Ask her for the district managers name and number, she doesn't know that either. I told her can you go ask ...she does, they tell me to to call the 1 800 CVs number which I do, but they don't have any options to speak to a pharmacy manager, unlike what I was told. Super unehelpful, they obviously don't want the bad review that is coming their way, then they give me cartridges for my insulin instead of pens , with no way to administer them , and syringes instead of the pen needles for my other insulin...again I have no way of administering them. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy, they take forever , have no useful information , give you the wrong medications and are just generally rude .

I highly recommend this cvs! The female pharmacist here goes above n beyond even though she is extremely busy! She treated me with GENUINE CARE N CONCERN!! She is a beautiful spirit n the team there is exceptional! Thank u To the CASA GRANDE CVS!! U r top notch to me!!

Don’t go here they will turn your smile to a frown. They are so rude, no customer service skills. They obviously hate their job and it definitely shows. And don’t bother trying to get them to help you with anything else cause they will show you how irritated and such an inconvenience they are with you.

They have their hours posted online as 10pm, But then they have a little tiny sign in the window that says we close at 9pm. Bad business.

Worst Pharmacy ever! I changed my mom's pharmacy from safeway to here thinking it would be better. I was totally wrong. Asides from rude and not so friendly staff. They send multiple notifications that med is ready when really it's not. Get you stuff together!!! My mom is an elderly!!! And. Elderly do not deserve this kind of service. This is blood pressure medication and you guys act like it's nothing! CVS people here do not know what they are doing!!! Will definitely be looking business else where!!!
