Completely unprofessional and downright rude. Will never recommend anyone go there and will make sure I tell all my customers to stay far away from them.

I was just about to take my device to this shop until I thankfully read the reviews.. I have never seen such behavior, just baffled. You would assume in over 22 years of business you’d pick up on customer service skills.. If the customer or client are in the wrong you don’t publicly respond in a comment making yourselves look completely unprofessional. Simply apologize for how they feel and for any misunderstanding (not even saying they’re right or not..) then direct them to call your shop or stop by to correct any misunderstanding or speak of the said issue at hand. Crazy enough it wasn’t even the negative reviews that turned me away, it was how you decided to handle each and every one. But business owner to business owner please work on your customer service, there’s free courses out there if needed. Best of luck, you’ll need it. Just hope someone isn’t angry enough to follow through on a lawsuit..

If there was an option, I would give 0 stars. I strongly advise staying away from this place.The lady is incredibly rude and unprofessional, displaying a bad attitude.Furthermore, the owner, Doug, is completely unreliable and rude.Additionally, I asked for an estimate, they tried to keep my laptop for almost a week, promising to let me know in 2 days. After 5 days, I went to retrieve it, and they claimed it had been taken apart into 100 pieces so they cannot give it back at the moment. Despite that, I insisted on taking it anyway. However, it turned out that it hadn't been taken apart at all. Liars.And, Never got my estimate....As you can see the owner replied saying they have no paperwork, but I have attached the work order from dropping it off. LIARS.

He was able to fix my pc within 2 days! (Even though I thought I had a big problem turns out it was little) ?PC wouldn't turn on was the issue.

Stay away from this place. I'm an IT guy and didn't have time to diagnose/repair my step-dad's laptop. So, I figure, let's support a local business and get them their laptop back faster than I would get to it. It goes downhill from here. I take the laptop in and describe the problem; the OS loads in to recovery mode and wants to recover the hard drive, which it fails to do and boot loops. I'm assuming there's damaged sectors on the drive and would need data extracted, the OS reinstalled on a new drive potentially, all that. Becky, the front desk lady, was incredibly short tempered and just stopped short of telling me what I was telling her was wrong. I really should have listened to my gut instinct on this and turned around and walked out that door as my first impression. Becky let me know a new solid state drive would run me $400 (for a 256 gb ssd, m.2). Then she asked me if I wanted windows 10 or 11 on a new drive. I told them windows 10 (as that's what they are used to) and they would get back to me what they find is wrong in 24-48 hours. 3 days later instead of telling me what they find out with a price quote, they said they went ahead and swapped the drive out and installed windows 11 on it. So, I was upsold windows 11 to a new hard drive without permission or my review. Wonderful. I tell myself, ok, let's just get the laptop back and go from there. We asked Becky for the old hard drive back as I am now assuming they did poor work recovering the data from the drive. Becky looks at me and says "But that's just a microchip..? oh... and Doug didn't include it with the items to return". I didn't even know where to begin to tell her how poorly this whole thing has been, instead, we asked as nicely as possible to go get it as I corrected her it was an M2 drive, not a "microchip". Eventually she comes back with a drive (I say "A" drive because I have no idea if this is the actual drive or not as Becky indicated they weren't sure either, but rest assured, they aren't in the business of giving other people drives from other people... ok... You'd think if this was true, they would have marked this better, but instead she let me know the drive was unmarked next to a couple other drives and they weren't sure who's was whos.) Since I was apparently upsold windows 11 against my permission, we ask for an install key in case I need to re-install the OS - apparently we bought it, so I figured why not. Becky was very aggressive telling me I won't need a key, won't need to reinstall the OS (how presumptuous is this lady? apparently very) and that their shop isn't shady and what they do is legit and they've been in business for 20 years and other weird things. I immediately worry this shop is shady and immediately regret ever going in here. We pay the $400 as demanded for whatever they actually did as outrageous as that was and get it back home only to see Doug configured the newly installed OS on the laptop under *my* name instead of my step-dad's profile... ironic considering Doug personally called me asking about my step dad and his profile while going through the old hard drive -- you'd think he would have set up the user profiles in the same manner? Nope. So, I spent an hour or so setting up my step-dad's profile and copying all the data Doug recovered from my newly existing profile to his. I love coming home to fixing things a repair shop messes up and getting charged a ton of money in the middle. Of all the computer repair shops I've ever worked with over the decades of my IT life, this one is, by far, the absolute worst places I've ever experienced. You've been warned.

Wasted three weeks on what was supposed to be 3-5 day turnaround on IPad screen replacement. Tech ultimately declined to work on unit, since they had problems with this particular model in the past. Shop may do good work, but the administration/customer service part of the operation is very, very poor.

Don't go here, they have the worst costumer service, they don't take care of your stuff. They lost the hard drive for our computer and now I lost all of my kids pics, and memories that will never have back, and important docs.

Google should really think a put a negative star option to help rate how bad these people are.I brought in a power cord for my security system While for weeks goes by and I call and ask about it spoke with a woman and she told me that it was not in yet the replacement cord and they would call me when it was in well all this time later I have been trying to get ahold of them and stopping by and the shop has been closed and no one answers. Will today I saw the open sign on I walk in to the business and stood there for roughly 30 minutes and not one person acknowledged me or even came out from the back. So as I was walking out the door, I decided to call and the owner Doug picked up I explained to him my situation and he told me that I would need to bring in my paperwork and he would see what was going on I tried to explain to him that my paperwork is in Colorado with my bookkeeper and ill get a copy, he became incredibly irate with me and hung up on me when I was still speaking I did not lose my tone, my manners, or my temper with him at all. I was only explaining to him that the receipt that I needed to go in there was at my book keepers in Colorado. So I called back and get a lady on the phone who listens to me, (which I do believe she just picked up the phone so he wouldn't have to speak with me about his rude behavior) and she proceeded to tell me "well sorry I'm there's nothing I can do. I don't answer phone calls. (As she is talking to me on the phone) So needless to say I am out a special cord and the money I paid for the replacement.I would tell anybody that needs help with their computers electronics or anything else of that nature; to run... do not walk away from Doug's! Never go there, they are horrible people who have no clue of customer service or business ethics.

Wouldn’t give them any star. Lady behind the counter barely assisting my father told him she wouldn’t work with his computer screen protector on and ripped it off right in front of him after he stated he wanted to keep it on. Very disrespectful and rude and to a Veteran no less. While this happened a while ago, he just informed me of his horrible experience here because he is having computer issues again and needs to find somewhere reputable and respectful to take it too. Definitely will not be returning or referring .

I keep hearing from folks they switch out laptops and steal the one brought in. Does anyone know what the insurance policy is? I see the review below stating the same but there are few computer shops here.Is it better to go to the valley? I'm scared they'll steal my computer like the others have said. Help!
