I'm sure they might be helpful, but I've been standing in there lobby for now going on 15 minutes and they see me but nothing not even a wave to show we'll be right with you. If this review is on here then I finished this and no one showed up so I left

Great service and attention to detail. The whole crew was fantastic and got me in and out with the skid steer still on the trailer. Highly recommend them. And the 236d3 Cat is simply put, one awesone machine.

I will not do business with Empire in Casa Grande anymore because of the salesman Frank Merry. He’s a typical salesman full of BS and tells you one thing and does another. I would either ask for a different salesman or go to a different dealership altogether.
