My husband and myself had this bank for almost a decade and we've never had a problem until a little bit ago.You can always somehow fix a problem and this time they just couldn't. My husband got a new job and he used the mobile app to deposit his check, not an uncommon thing that they need to put a 3 day hold on it because they've never seen the check before. But he's deposited this check with a teller a small handful of times. So this 3 day hold turned into a 11 day because of the days the bank are closed, a national holiday; and that 2 banks needed to clear the check before it could come available to us. By the time the money actually comes through, he'll be getting paid again.This time we're going to be closing our accounts and moving banks. This is not okay.

Terrible customer service. Please jump on and help the next person in line instead of standing there passing out flyers, smiling in your face, and talking to the other one while the line and frustrations grow. All of this doesn't help when there's card issues or services are constantly down. We are currently looking for another bank.

My teller leonela was so very helpful an attentive to my banking needs never had any problems or concerns with banking here.the hours are good closes at 6pm I was recommended to this bank an I also recommend on banking here the whole staff is very friendly an wants to help you an make sure your banking needs are met

Horrible system had an account for 1.5 weeks they messed up all my accounts and closed them with out even calling me just bad experience never would I recommend this bank to anyone I care about please save yourself the time and trouble go to a more reputable bank.Aaron Ferguson

On first contact, I was standing in line - when a rude customer became ignorant with the bank manager Alicia. Alicia held her composure with class and professionalism. Then I met with Victor. He is kind, professional, and friendly. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Bout to change banks soon. So I came in to cash my checks. Deposit one and cashed the other. Then I went shopping with the check I cashed and finally noticed I was short on a little cash. I had already calculated how much it would be to Deposit the other check it didn't look correct at all. I Called the bank to see what the problem was. The lady told me she deposited it into my account. It still don't add up! I specifically said cash one. Deposit the other. What a rip off! I highly don't recommend you bank here.
